This has got to be the slowest Jack In The Box in the whole city. Every time we have ever used the drive thru here we are told to park in the front, and it takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes before they bring the food out. This last time we waited 24 minutes. Unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible experience at Jack in the Box on Stine Road

I went in and specifically asked for a fresh order of fries for my 1-year-old daughter — not a complicated or unreasonable request. What I was served was a small, sad portion of overcooked, cold, leftover curly fries that clearly had been sitting under a heat lamp. (See photo for reference.)

When I asked about it, the employee — who I believe was the manager — acted as if I had dropped the fries in the bag myself. She was condescending and rude, basically calling me stupid over the situation instead of fixing the issue like a professional. No apology. No courtesy. Just attitude.

If this is how you treat a parent trying to get safe food for a toddler, your store has serious customer service issues. Unacceptable behavior from both the staff and the person in charge. I won’t be returning to this location and I hope corporate takes a hard look at how this place is being run.

The little girl who had an attitude about ringing up my order just made it a horrible experience from the jump. I know you can't order the 3 taco combo on the kiosk, so I stood in line. She was very bothered by that and was talking so disrespectfully. Needs more customer service training I suppose. And sadly the tacos were old, cold, soggy. But it's clean in there.

Last two times I’ve ordered from here I’ve found a hair in my burger. I’ve had to take it out of my mouth from when I had taken a bite! Will not be buying from this location anymore! First incident was on 02/09/25 and second was on 03/29/25. Unacceptable!
