While I got my food in a timely manner , the lady working the window who used a paper towel on her headset was pretty nice but she told me they charge 26 cents per sauce. I’ve been to multiple locations all over Bakersfield and never had to pay for my sauce. It’s stilly to get upset over sauce but I won’t be back to this location. 🤷🏻♀️

Very bad service, I had a coupon and the manager Luis did not want to accept it. I don't know the company gives coupons and the restaurants accept them. The company has to be more professional, they do not offer coupons if they do not accept them in the stores, it is unprofessional and there is a lack of communication between the company and the restaurants. They just want to get the attention of customers and not accept the offers they have in advertising. I will never buy from Jack in the Box again. And please, if you have employees, you have to teach them to be more professional since they are very rude and offend people like Luis was.

Mixed emotions here, they are the only place that hasn't changed the taste of their diet soda (which is good). On the other hand... the cost of a drink is absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible decision I made. Food is undercooked and cold as a dead mans foot. Workers have attitude like they are doctors, what a joke. Gtfout of here. You are a fast food employee. Off yourself. Terrible service and terrible food. Vote to shut you up.
