Poor management bad service I live down the street don’t never come here always forgetting to put items from your order in your bag making it harder on those traveling my family and I always have a bad experience every time we come here

Very quick and courteous service, they have some great deals right now like the 6 dollar meal deal that come with a burger and 2 sides like mini tacos and chicken nuggets and a large drink! All for 6.00! So we love it!

The night crew sucks! They’re taking my order like they HAVE TO just for the money. Then they forgot to give me 12 tacos! How do you forget 12… And they have food and trash all over ther floor. I think you guys need to clean house. Get new people.

It was OK. We had no complaints regarding the food. We ordered burgers and the sauced and loaded tiny tacos. The food was hot and the quality was what one would expect for fast food. So food wise, it was an average meal from a fast food restaurant.
Their customer service could use some adjustments and possible staff training to make it better. The gal taking our order had the most difficult time getting our order correct when the order was not complicated at all. We scratched our heads about that experience. The staff was not overly friendly, but not the worst I've experienced, either.
If you're not on a time crunch, our order was a little wait, I recommend swinging by. The food was OK and the customer service may be lacking, but it's not awful.

Well, this place sucks. I can't tell you how many times I went there in the morning and was told they are only acccepting cash or that they are not taking orders right now. Another thing is more then once there Gardner would be doing his blower thing right there where I would have to wait to drive up to the window b/c he was not going to move or stop until he was finished. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Plus who wants all that blowing around your food? Not me! I can't answer any of those questions b/c I couldn't order at times.

We all know that Jack n the Box isn't a five star restaurant but when you go through the drive thru at midnight for some quick snacks there is nothing worse than getting no sweet n sour for your eggrolls, no bbq sauce for your chicken nuggets, and no hot sauce for your tacos. Was super disappointed.
