Rudest customer service ever. People that work fast food always have an attitude lately. And that doesn't seem to be stopping any time soon. But the worst part is when they talk to you like you're stupid. First of all, I'm well aware of how to place a kiosk order. However, the combo I want isn't unavailable on the kiosk. The eye rolling and condescending tones are super unnecessary. Hopefully managers are able to start screening employees better. Because back when I was a kid and worked these jobs I would NEVER talk to people like this. Eye contact, a smile, and a better tone go a looooong way. Tacos hella greasy too.

Fresh spicy chicken sandwich. Fresh juicy crispy chicken and fresh crisp lettuce. The bun is also fresh. Curly fries are a little dry otherwise they are good.

The only reason I’m providing one star is because the service sucks, for not being a busy location the service is slow every time, every time I come here I end up waiting 10-20 minutes for my orders, my last visit to this location was on 11/9, I ordered in the drive through there was one car in front of me I still waited approximately 10 minutes or longer, when there’s multiple workers it shouldn’t take that long to put out a simple order, management needs to provide better training, it’s called fast food for a reason

I just ordered a burger n jalepeno poppers. Jack used to be my fav and haven't eaten here in years. Holy Crp , the buger was awful and a really bad taste. Had to throw it away. Has quality gone down that much or am I tripping
