On multiple occasions I ordered extra lettuce and extra taco sauce on my tacos, and on multiple occasions they have put less lettuce and taco sauce so they obviously don’t know how to read notes

Today (Devon) discriminated against me and said the bathroom was for employees only. The bathroom has a sign that says the bathroom are for paying customers. I had already paid for my food so I was a paying customer. After bringing this back up to the employee I asked for a manager. When the manager walked up the employee tried to lie and say that he gave me the code already, where I pointed and showed both him and the manager my body camera. Which was recording the entire time. The manager then gave me the code to let me use the bathroom. After using the bathroom I got contact information for the franchise owners and will be following up with them. I will update my review depending on the outcome of what the owners do pertaining to the matter.

Employees comes to use restroom then come out giving details of what uploaded in the toilet when ask to talk to supervisor said made ugly face and supposedly al her but after a hour I ask again said she just left to break lunch ch break

I live on the east coast and it’s rare to get jack in the box, but the new smash burger is omg better then any other fast food chains burger, and I’m a big supporter of Culver’s. My only complaint was the extremely sticky floor. But the food definitely was great. Ps you need to bring back the monster tacos
