Restroom not clean. Staff not visible and gad to call out several times for someone's attention to dome out from back to cash register/counter. Only machine kiosk ordering, and no ability to ask wuestions or to customize order by talking to human who disappeared 2 secs after telling us to order from machine and giving us restroom code. Only 1 of 2 restrooms working with code, and it needed cleaning.trash on floor, etc. Ended up getting only milkshakes due to lack of helpfulness, and eating elsewhere.

my boyfriend went to jack in the box and the total was $37. they didn’t give me half my order. i called and they didn’t pick up the first times i called. then when a woman answered she was rude and said she didn’t forget anything. this jack in the box sucks. the workers don’t even do their job. the food isn’t that good. Worst jack in the box of all time 😢😢😢😢😣😣

Customer service was horrible. The girl at the drive-through gave me so much attitude when I asked for water. We only ordered tacos and we are all down today with stomach issues, nausea and vomiting. The tacos taste so weird.

Horrible experience at 11 today was in drive thru for 20 min with 2 cars only and was told to go park in front after to wait even longer. Manager was horrible was messing everybody orders up and to top the I just went inside to grab my food and waited in there for 15 min and I seen fries just sitting in the warmer and health code regulations need to be checked there as well. Super horrible experience will never be going back to this one

On multiple occasions I ordered extra lettuce and extra taco sauce on my tacos, and on multiple occasions they have put less lettuce and taco sauce so they obviously don’t know how to read notes
