Anita was very helpful. I always do a custom order and I know it’s annoying but she didn’t mind at all. The service was very fast and she even stopped cleaning to help me. I’ve been here several times and it has always been a good experience. My go to jack in the box. Food is always fresh and hot.

I understand occasionally having to wait up front, even if no one is behind you in the drive thru, but I don’t understand why the food is cold when it’s brought out to your vehicle. Told waiting on the fries, but the burgers and fries were cold! Help me to have that make some sense.
Restroom not clean. Staff not visible and gad to call out several times for someone's attention to dome out from back to cash register/counter. Only machine kiosk ordering, and no ability to ask wuestions or to customize order by talking to human who disappeared 2 secs after telling us to order from machine and giving us restroom code. Only 1 of 2 restrooms working with code, and it needed cleaning.trash on floor, etc. Ended up getting only milkshakes due to lack of helpfulness, and eating elsewhere.
