The food is typically pretty good. Just make sure you check it before you leave. If you don't want to have to go back, they don't like to follow the customization you may have.
Very rude lady in the drive thru. I asked for an extra chocolate shake and when they handed me my shake it was basically still white, I usually don't ask people to remake stuff but all I wanted was for my extra chocolate shake to be brown like a chocolate shake is supposed to beShe brushed me off and so I just drove away but the shake tasted literally vanilla so I went back in the drive thru and nicely explained that I ordered a chocolate shake and she said "oh my god Jesus" over the drive thru speaker and rudely told me she would give me extra chocolate. I really don't understand what the issue was it's not difficult to remake an order if you do it wrong, and it's not hard to not be rude to a customer that isn't being rude to you.It's especially not professional to say "oh my god Jesus" in an angry tone just because someone asks you to fix a problem.

Worst jack in the box ever .. These is the 3rd time I have been to these establishment and there milkshake machine never works it doesn't matter what time I visit..
