Let me tell you. Bee and the other girl that usually help me are literally the best! Them girls will turn your frowns upside down. I usually go in there if I'm having a bad day after dialysis and don't feel like cooking. And they're incredibly sweet and patient. All the staff there is truly awesome. I haven't had a bad incident in the year I've been living here.

I called to ask about the $4.99 special that jack and box is advertising I wanted to know if it was online only . The person on the phone was extremely rude and said it was a a scam. I told her I got the special twice. I just wanted to know if it was online only or could I drive thru and get the special. She said it is a third party not jack and box deal and said is this an emergency I don’t have time to explain this. So I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me then hung up on me after she said o my god!

They screwed up my order and shorted me an ultimate cheeseburger, fries and 2 tacos. I called 5 times and kept being sent to voicemail. Scammers!!!

Not my favorite place to go on this side of town... This particular jack in the box is more expensive than most with the exact same... sloppily made... Nothing like the picture food that you'd expect from a jack in the box... But that's just how Bakersfield works... The farther west you go the more everything costs... Even though it really isn't any better... And if you're planning on paying with cash don't waste your time downloading that stupid, unnecessarily difficult to use app or falling for the text message "deals" or "offers" nonsense because it'll take you 2½ hours getting everything set up and trying to figure out how to order and apply and discounts to the total... just to find out you can't use ANY of it without a credit/debit card... It's just a complete waste of time that will piss you off beyond belief and leave you hungry for the rest of the night because you spent so much time on that dumb @$#¿ That you can't even go next door to Taco bell because it's 2:30am and they're now closed.... So...in my opinion... You'd probably be better off just avoiding that whole little shopping center in the first place

Food was poor quality. I am adding to my previous review. This occured on September 30th 2024 at around 3 PM. I just picked up a loaded sourdough breakfast sandwich for my husband and it was terrible!! It was supposed to have an egg, bacon, ham, sausage and cheese on a sourdough bun. It had an egg that was cooked until it was rubbery, one small piece of bacon, one paper thin slice of ham and no sausage or cheese. Really disappointed! I guess it's back to McDonalds if you want a really good breakfast sandwich!
