The two female employees that worked on Monday 1-19-26 at around 3:30 pm should not work in service jobs. We were told that we can go somewhere else if we wanted, The poorest customer service we just wanted our order taken but they both refused to and then told us to order on the self order screen . We just had to leave. The employee’s at the Taco Bell next to jack in the box were the best. The owner of this jack in a box should have the Taco Bell employee’s train there employee’s. In addition the men’s restroom needs to be cleaned.

This place is great but being a professional driver and this place being located so close to a truck stop I would like to see a driver friendly after hours options so we can order late since we can't use the drive through

Ordered online. They didn’t have the item. Wouldn’t refund me. Wanted me to make a phone call to customer service to get the refund. No imagination on how to make things right by fairly compensating the missed item.

Seemed very short of associates! I was addressed a counter associate. Food was up to par, service was very slow, associate did apologize for slow service!
I can't say anything about the inside of the store, but the service and food quality I've gotten with drive-thru have been great. I'm a commuter and always stop by during my drive every few weeks. There are other jack in the box stores that give us oil drenched, cold burgers with flat buns. But this jack in the box never disappoints.
