I don’t even know where to begin. Not only have I had multiple awful experiences here but it’s all been with the same employee. She refuses to tell her name and shut the window and locked it on us. She first charged us and extra fry we didn’t order and made it seem like she can’t refund us and still did not refund us in the end, then didn’t give us our small soda and when we realized when we got home it was late she was there 11pm both nights yesterday and day before. So last night I informed her politely that she didn’t give us our drink and she said I need a receipt we told her umm we don’t have it but I know you remember us well you were very rude last night and now again tonight we are in a big green truck and I told her I know you remember but she ignored and slammed the window on my face I asked for her name and to speak to a manager and she locked the window. She is a disgusting person and should absolutely NOTTTTTT be in charge of drive thru I have choice words for her but I will sensor myself here. If I was her boss I wouldn’t allow her to continue working you will most definitely lose business due to her lack of manners and downright disrespectful and ugly attitude. I will be complaining to corporate and if she acts out to me again I will make sure to record next time and show everyone. Please take care of who you hire. She knows who she is. Even my daughter and my boyfriend both were shocked at her attitude.
My 7 year old daughter asked why did they hire such a rude bad lady??? She deserves to be fired she’s not allowed to treat people that way. This was a 7 year old speaking, even she could see this adult woman was WRONG!!!
I’m not going to repeat what my bf said let’s just say he was not happy with her and reminded me several times not to forget to complain on her because we have to go there often and I will not be treated less than by her again. I did nothing wrong, she’s a disrespectful foul acting “person”.

Stopped by to get food for the way, and we where dissapointed, our tacos didnt even have cheese, we got four sauce packets for 10 tacos and plus no napkins, heads up request extra everything next time you guys are thinking to stop here
This is my fav Jack In The Box in town. I will drive by 5 others and stop at this one. Food always tastes freshly made, quantities of everything is always perfect. I dont know how they do it but I wish others would do the same...especially Bakersfield's worst tasting Jack which in the Home Depot shopping center on Coffee.

Walked in with my granddaughter, place was super cold, the kid couldn't tolerate, and the employee ignored my comment. Still we waited by the counter for 15 minutes, however the drive through got the attention. Although our presence was recognized, no attempts of any kind made to take our order. We left.
