Food was actually pretty fresh. Drive thru cashier Monday May 26 around 6pm had no clue what he was doing though. Had to completely reenter my order at the window, what was the point of ordering at the drive thru? Added an extra hour practically to our 15 hour drive.

I was passing by going to CSCU for my daughter's graduation. We decided to stop to grab a Jr. Cheeseburger, curly fries, and stuffed jalapeños. First of all, I was very disappointed with the cashier's attitude she was very unfriendly, and to top it all off, they got my burger 🍔 wrong, so they had to remake it. The guy giving me my order got mad at me when I told him I had ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger , not what he was giving me. The cashier told him it was her fault for taking the order wrong . How can you take the wrong order? When I'm ordering inside, showing her the picture and telling her the burger I want, besides, I only ordered 3 items. How complicated is that? When the guy gave me my burger, I asked for some ranch dressing, and he gave me this face, and he basically threw the ranch on the table. Another thing I noticed while I was waiting for my burger 🍔 to be remade was that the cashier not only touches money but also goes and enters the bathroom codes . SHE refused to give a customer the bathroom code, and she went to enter the code when she was done with another customer, but then I noticed SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS and started handling food ! I Highly Don't Recommend this Jack n the Box.

I wanted to order, they didn't take my order, they told me I had to do it myself and I didn't know how 🤷 so I left the store and went to the drive-thru so they could take my order 🤬 I don't know if the person Peggy is the one who was very rude, a woman with tattoos and red hair

Stopped to eat and the Incredibly rude employees refused to give us the bathroom code while attempting to order food. The men’s room has no code yet they wouldn’t give us the code for women’s room. Ignored us first as well.

The place was very dirty, with dirty tables and trash on the floor. There was enough staff, but they were just wasting time talking among themselves. Maybe there wasn't a manager in the store. Bad experience.

People working here are incredibly rude and lack any and all customer service. I worked at McDonald's and know customer service first hand and this was an awful experience. I didn't even bother ordering because of how rude the younger kid working there responded to me. I'm kinda left in shock.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Me and my husband came from the aqueduct from fishing and went to get a bite from here. Sebastian was the cashier. And Peggy was the manger on shift. All tables were dirty. We did not mind cleaning the tables we were going to use since there where customer needing to order (was not the issue). We had asked for a cleaning rag to clean the table Sebastian gave me husband a dry paper towel (mind you tables was sticky) I had went back and asked for a wet towel. He gave me a paper towel again. I told him politely if he had a wet cleaning towel he stated they only clean with those. I responded back and stated don't you guys wet a rag to clean the tables? He then grabbed a folded up white towel like and wet it in the bucket and ring the water out and tossed it to me. I was upset grabbed it and told my husband. My husband went to ask for the manager (peggy) to tell her what he did was not ok and to let her know. Peggy said she will deal with him etc. Ok fine no big deal. I was so upset to be treated this way I wanted to go else where and told my husband if we can go somewhere else. When my husband ask for Peggy (the manager) again she stated I told you I will deal with it. My husband said ok but we don't want to eat here due to poor customers service. He then asked for Sebastian name who she did not want to give and kept stating she will deal with him for him to relax. My husband got frustrated and responded what is her name who by the way did not want to until I pulled my phone out she then gave both there names. We left with our refund. Not only did we walk out with refund 2 other family did right afterwards.

Idk why the old Hispanic lady always makes me park in the front when there’s no one else there. It gives them an excuse to basically take long and not get in trouble. Ordered a combo with a drink and a Red Bull and the lady only gave me the redbull and my food. Everytime we go there she somehow manages to mess up the order.
