Curly fries......hard to say 'no' to it 😀 This store could be hectic when students leaving school but otherwise give decent service for fast food.

Service is slow even when no one is here they are just laughing.

Taranji the manager worst costumer service she has the biggest attitude and is so rude and started to mock us when she was the one that got are order wrong and didn’t want to fix it

This is one of these ones in Bakersfield there food is rushed half cooked and always taste old or not fresh

They have some real unprofessional people working the drive thru. Looks like the company needs to clean the restaurant of the trash and attitude working here

Went through the drive thru at around 10:30-10:45pm on Friday, September 19th, 2025 and the person working the window and headset had too much attitude. We were never greeted and just asked what do we want to order. When ordering after every thing we asked for without even a second passing she would say “is that all?” like if we were bothering her. Once we got to the window it was open and we heard her say “you guys are lucky i love you” to her coworkers twice and then proceed to take an order with attitude again. This is the third time we’ve been to this jack within a couple of months and it has been the same girl giving us attitude all three times. Based on the reviews that have been left in the past it’s obvious nothing has been fixed and that is very disappointing. As someone who used to work late night drive thru at a fast food place this is something that should NEVER happen.

Neat and clean store although I order only in Drive-thru. Never have to wait too long. If you are looking to grab a quick meal, this is the store! Food prices are at par with other stores, paying $11-$15 for a meal is the norm now and these guys are no different. Most of the times the food is Hot and Fresh. I like this place and would recommend to others.

My boyfriend and I came here after a long night to get food and as soon as we pulled up to the window the lady never greeted us and just asked what do we want. As we pulled up to the window she didn’t greet us right away and had us waiting there for 10 minutes to even hand us any food. She never asked if that was our order just kept handing us food that wasn’t even ours. Then leaves us again for 10 minutes without saying anything. She asks us what else do we need and I’m not even sure because she just kept handing us random stuff. When we get home we noticed she got our order wrong and even gave us food that wasn’t even ours. As a fast food worker myself this was by far a terrible customer service experience for the night shift that I can’t even express through this review.

A classic place for me as I have been going since I was 5 years old. I still will order two tacos with any meal I purchased.

Usually my go to since I live down the street but whoever took my order at the drive thru was rude & then when I got to the window I was charged double for my total which was $9.82, I was charged for someone else’s order & couldn’t get my difference refunded & was told to come in the next day for a refund, but I didn’t get a receipt for proof :(

Rude drive through employee

I went through the drive thru and ordered an ultimate cheeseburger and paid $9.30 for the burger. I’ve had it before and I know how it looks. When I got home and open the box I see a burger which is comparable to a kids Cheeseburger. I get in the car and drive back over. The manager comes over after making me wait for a bit. I explain to her, she opens the box, sees that it is a regular cheese burger, goes to the worker and tells her this is not an ultimate cheeseburger. I wait there for additional 10-15 mins. During that time, another customer comes in telling her that she gave him the wrong order so she apologized, told him to keep both orders. Finally, she brings my sandwich to me, no apology and didn’t try to make it right for driving back or the inconvenience. I can understand honest mistakes happen but being rude about it, that’s not ok. This was my favorite place to go to but no more for me especially if they treat their customers like that.
