I know you’re probably thinking four stars for Jack…??? But this one was pretty good—the sour dough Jack combo is nostalgic for me and this one I had here was as well made as a sandwich from Jack can be made—good job.

I'm like a food critic, and I came from Alaska, and I came to this place from a Local Person who recommended this place. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out. The Bacon Double Smash Jack Combo and they Jumbo Egg Rolls are by far the best I've tried in Bakersfield so far since I've been here for about several month, and the customer service(Jiorge) is well mannered and helpful with a warm smile greeting, I'm a BIG fan of bacon and sauce flavor, and the Burger tasted just like eating it homemade or at a backyard bbq hangout as it should taste and unique sauce flavor that I really enjoyed with the fresh drop curly fries, and the beverage was refreshing. Overall very fulfilling due to the massive portions?, so what I tried so far was a perfect massive portions for the right price to have a happy belly of enjoyment. If you wanna enjoy they food indoors or your in a rush on the Go, then park and come inside or walk here or drive and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or drive through. They also have condiments to get or ask for. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or family dine in or if you're in a hurry. Wonderful experience here and I'll be for be sure coming back for more and other food to try out on the menu. Keep up the good work, everyone, and the cooks in the back, everyone deserves a raise and a couple of business shirt uniforms and hats and name tag badges. God Bless ??

Very poor customer service. They don’t know how to treat customer specially in the evening shift.
Really poor customer service nighttime manager by self need more training. She really insult me use really bad language from the window. I will call my lawyer on Monday. I spend more than $200 a week in the store. I’m not going anymore.

most horrible service ever. the lady asked me what i wanted for fries and proceeded to gave me the wrong ones. When i spoke up she decided to give me attitude and tell me " you shouldve waited. you shouldve just waited for a second its not that hard." i asked politely and was really upset when i got that answer. They also forgot my burger and when i went back to go get it, she tried telling me i didnt pay for it when on my receipt it shows she charged me for it. Get better employees and maybe things might change.

Drive thru, Asked for a spicy jack ..not spicy... cause I'm a cancer patient and no spicy. I got a piece of chicken that was half the size it should be and all the crust was falling off , went in side. 1st freckle face gal, I tell her..This is a mess and it's falling a part. So she has her, expecting, boss of the day, look at it. She accuses me of eating half of it, I show her the bun part and she says again looks like you ate it to me. So now I'm mad, are you kiding me.. she walks off no refund and if I wanted one they did not give me a reciept. I end up with no dinner, thanks do much. You used to be able to speak to a person anytime you called the 800 #, well not any more and because I have no reciept I can't leave a message with Jack in the Box.. But the gal must have known I couldn't complain... I've choosen Jack over other fast food for over 50 years. Not now.
