The service at this location made me wonder if I will ever revisit this food chain. I waited 25 minutes for 4 chicken nuggets. I parked out front. Went inside twice to ask where my food was. Each time they apologized and yet no service. Ultimately, this is the pinnacle of bad customer service. At the very least I will avoid this location permanently.

I was In this establishment recently & there was an older woman trying to get a cup for her milkshake & the worker completely lost it on her & was screaming & yelling at her about having other customers & not just her. What is wrong with people, she's an elderly woman. It would have taken two seconds to just hand her a cup & go about doing your orders. Kindness goes along way these days. Something needs to change, ruined the whole dining experience. Will never return.

Using Tesla supercharger and stopped by for a bite. A mistake. Restaurant smells strange. Food was sub par. Floor was sticky. They were out of a number of food items. Only had a hand blower in the restroom, and it was broken.Someone doesn't care much about their restaurant. Keep on moving.

Honestly. They either are high af at work. Or idk what the F*** is going on.Order 4 orders of tacos 3 jumbo jacks And Got 5 chicken sandwiches and Jalapeno poppers!! Idk if these kids are even thinking anymore.If you are the owner reading this, Do yourself a favor, get out of the food industry!

Sebastian went above and beyond for us. My gf and I were on a trip and we made a pit stop here. He’s the type of worker you’d want greeting and servicing customers. Seems like a kind soul and giving person. We will probably never see him again but I hope this message helps him and rooting for his success and happiness. I have been going to this Jacks for 18yrs. I can say that it has for sure gone down. I haven't visited in awhile and on 6/2/22 I went by and got two burgers. I got the double cheesy jack and the triple cheesy jack w/lettuce & tomatoes. Well first off the burgers are small, second the burgers looked like it was the last burger of the day, third and final they charged me extra for lettuce and tomato and didn't include it. I drove home to find this out but returned to store and the attitude of the employees/manager made it look as if I was a problem when they messed up. They weren't going to remake my meal until I showed receipt then the lady just tossed the messed up meal in the trash and made a fresh one(so I think). I get home to eat it within minutes I ran to bathroom like Usain Bolt. I will never eat here again. Lazy employees and lack of care for quality of food.

I know they are usually busy. I understand. But, I am not cattle. Today, there was nobody in front of me and nobody in the back of me. Yet, service really was bad. The very lovely girl named Rachel who served me at 1:13pm on May 5th 2022, Gave me shameful service. I asked for a knife and a fork, I only got a fork. I asked for some napkins, she gave me 1 napkin. She tossed the food to me with out even looking at me. It is just sad that a lovely girl like that has no serving manners. Please have her retrained. Or, the manager should be replaced. Remember, the buck stops with the manager.

if there was a -10 I would rate that this owner must be a joke of a business man to have employees that get upset when customers show up and speak there minds out loud its not our fault if the y haven't had there 10 minute break it should be the manager on site responsibility why let it be known to the consumer food is good there and its convenient since I live close by however the profession of the manager and employee failed and unfortunately it goes back to the person above that should be overseeing his investment should've checked the other complaints maybe I wouldn't of had to make one of my own.

On my way to Vegas from the Bay for my daughter’s cheer competition. Keep in mind that we are in 2 cars. We stopped by for breakfast and they only serve drive through. I told the lady with blue hair that I am paying for the car behind me 3 TIMES. She said “OK” and even gave me their price and I approved to charge my card…. Well, guess what? She didn’t. The whole point was for ME to pay for us. The blue haired lady asked my daughter (2nd driver) are you with HIM? And she said yes. This lady had attitude to take our order to begin with. Wish I could give negative stars… especially for the attitude.
