Love coming here with my mom in the morning they are super nice especially the managers but at night time I finally did an online order I came they are just talking at the front register and my online order said it was ready when I got here one of the girls just said your order isn’t ready haven’t received anything yet I tried using a coupon also stated they don’t receive certain coupons you guys should have a sign that says which one you guys are participating in so we won’t waste our time ordering and they tell us our manager said we can’t receive that coupon smh

Horrible service this morning! I ordered & paid online about 5am & when I arrived, was told no coffee had been made & but I could have soda. I told her, no, I would wait for the coffee. The woman working was short, curt & very unpleasant and definitely not happy to be working there. She ordered me to leave the drive up window & park “over there” & just wait if I wanted coffee, I drove around and got back in line, which there were now 4 cars in the drivethru. When I finally got my order and took it home, my food was cold. Usually, everyone working there is friendly and provides good service.

There are too many mistakes made in most of my visits. Regardless if I ordered online, at the drive thru or within. The lack of customer service has to be my biggest complaint, so slow and rude. The only reason I continue to go is that it's three blocks away from me.
Went through the drive thru tonight on 06/05/24. By far the worst Jack in the box food and service experience ever. I ordered a chicken sandwich which usually is really good at other locations but this one was cold and soggy and the mayo was only a drop or two on one side of the bottom bun. Asked for 3 different sauces and only got 2 bbq sauce, one of which was seemingly pierced by a fingernail and spilled all over my food and bag which I noticed after placing the foods on my table, making a huge mess. If I could give no stars, I would. Worst Jack in the Box location in Bakersfield. Ridiculous.

I placed an order for pickup and the dining room was closed, the drivethru was super full and you could only pick up orders through drivethru so I couldn't pick up my food because I couldn't wait that long at the drivethru. It is assumed that if I place an order to go through it, it is to save time.
