I don’t like how this Jack-in-the-Box try to get over on you and don’t honor the prices on the menu or the value items on the menu. How’s it that it says value curly fry on the menu value fries on menu but you guys say that oh no, we’re not selling those. You only could have small medium or large, but it’s on your menu. Also, when I asked her for her shift manager, her assistant manager, she said that there’s not one on shift which every shift at a fast food restaurant have a assistant or shift manager to close out and do paperwork so I don’t like how she lied to me and she was very rude at that window and I will be following up with cooperate regarding the situation

Bad service. My mother tried to order in spanish, drive through attendant let out a heavy sigh and told her to hold on. She ordered in english and attendant didnt answer. We waited a bit then pulled to the window to let her know that we could order in english. Before we could say anything she rudely said " I told you to give me a minute". I just let her know we were good and left. At best it was insensitive, at worst it was racist. It was an unpleasant experience, please train staff to be kinder. I personally work in customer service, I know it is difficult but that just was Wow.

These guys are terrible at getting orders correct. It's not that hard to fully cook the chicken. And it definitely not hard to tell the difference between curly fries and tacos. Up charging people for bacon and then not even putting bacon in the damn burger 🤦 and then they don't give the receipt unless you ask but then deny your remakes because you don't have the receipt... It is absolutely absurd and I worked for kitchens for ten years and I understand the life but there is no good excuse for giving out half cooked chicken..

I recently had the misfortune of trying the iced tea here and it left me feeling quite upset. I could tell right away that the tea wasn’t fresh. It had a distinctly stale taste that was hard to ignore. It’s clear that they don’t prepare fresh tea everyday and this lack of attention to quality is noticeable. Iced tea should be a refreshing drink, but instead it made my tummy turn. It’s disappointing to see such neglect and customers deserve better.
