I normally never have a problem here but today was just irritating the moline was extremely long and I literally spent half my lunch waiting in the drive though line. When I get to the window my order takes forever to come on so when I honk they finally bring out my food and this is how I get my lunch.
My bag drenched in grease and I ordered a sandwich that should not result in my bag covered in grease. No to mention how do you not see this when you put the good in the bag. Absolutely unacceptable.

Why did I have to figure out how to work a self service screen to order my food when workers are getting paid $20 an hour? There was 9 people in my group and it took forever. We spent a lot of money! Not happy!

I went to your location tonight at number 10 Union avenue Bakersfield California Jack in the box number 3576 and was treated horribly in the Drive-Thru the instant the lady started talking over the speaker she was very loud and very rude the very first thing I ordered was a large Oreo milkshake I also ordered some popcorn chicken and one of your guys's combo boxes I also ordered a large chocolate milkshake a chocolate overload cake and one of your red bull fusion drinks to which my total on the screen came to 150 something dollars I said something to the lady about the screen not being correct to which she said oh it's no problem and did something and then my total went to $17 and I told her the screen was still not correct and she was pretty rude with me and said it's going to be right when you get to the window I asked her what my total was to which she said I will have your total at the window just pull forward very rudely upon arriving at the window I was given a chocolate milkshake a chocolate overload cake and the Red Bull fusion drink and I asked where the Oreo milkshake was to which she replied very rudely you did not order a Oreo milkshake which I did it was the first thing I ordered it was on my receipt after showing her the receipt she would not give it back to me at which time I said I would just like my money back I gave all of everything she had given me back through the window and she very reluctantly refunded my money in cash very rudely I paid with debit card I do not like the way these people are doing business and I will not be a customer at Jack in the box in the future because of this I have all of this recorded on my phone and on my dash camera I will probably be posting this to my social media in all honesty I have never been treated so badly at a fast food establishment people you have working there are very rude and condescending they act like other people are retarded for lack of better words

Honestly we drove up to order the fan box that was clearly on the menu since that wasn’t available we proceeded to order just the mozzarella sticks the cashier kept repeating it as if he did not know what we were talking about then told us both was not available to me this is false advertising at least put a sign up when you are out of something….
I ordered a BACON ultimate CHEESEburger plain with ketchup. The proceeded to give me a burger with no bacon or cheese.
I ordered Nashville Hot chicken, they gave me plain chicken.
I ordered a jumbo jack, they gave me another burger with no cheese or anything.
They have done this multiple times. Do not go to this one, just go downtown instead.

The young lady who took my order (shoutout to the dimple piercings—respectfully) provided excellent customer service. As a fast food manager myself, I appreciated that she greeted me at the speaker & promptly let me know she’d take my order as soon as I pulled up, no waiting necessary. Also, the Coca-Cola was top-tier; perfectly fizzy & refreshing! THANK YOUU !! 💗
