They have us park in the front of the store and wait for are food at night time to cut the timer off and down can’t be doing that

This place tried to rip me off by adding 4 extra tacos to my coupon order of $16 making it a total of $24 dollars. I noticed the price was off and when showed my receipt , she already knew about it and said she charged me 4 tacos without even telling me. She said she would refund me and I could keep the 4 extra tacos, after she handed me the extra money she charged she demanded the food back. This place has always been rude and it’s not the first time they sell you “extra” tacos to meet their sales.

They have were hiring signs all over the drive through and the front door entrance yet are not hiring. This is a common thing in Bakersfield... Hiring signs all over establishments yet they aren't hiring. This should be plain illegal... If you don't have any jobs available you should probably take down the were hiring signs all over your building. What a joke ..
I placed my order on the kiosk and I waited 15 minutes to pay. They never came to the register.There were 2 other people behind me. Ended up just leaving.
Viridia is very rude. Every time I go in she is super rude. I will no longer go there . I think that’s her name, she has a Mexican accent . Also why do you not fill up fries at least half way? I get more when I order a small than a medium.

Unfortunately, it was only one Ultimate Cheeseburger, & it was hot w/melted queso. Much better than the somewhat warm $15 BS burger (cheese not even soft or warm) I ordered at a Denny's this morning.
Drive thru employee that I dealt with this morning was very incompetent of using a coupon. I drove up to the drive thru and stated that I had a coupon i'd like to use here and I asked if they would like for me to provide the 3 digit code, as I normally would at other locations. The employee said no just tell me what exactly is the coupon for. The coupon was for a 17 dollar meal deal for four that consists of 4 tacos,4 value fries, 2 jumbo Jacks and 2 chicken sandwiches. I read to the employee the coupon as she stated to do so and then I proceeded to order some other items as well. Once I pulled up to the window.. she did not ask for my card but asked for me to hand over the coupon, so I did that. The employee .. did not get a name but was a woman who didn't look to be more than 27 years old and was wearing a pink collared uniform shirt at drive thru took quite a while observing my coupon that was not expired. After a while she opened back up the window and started to tell me that she's sorry but it's not working and that they've actually been having an issue with this specific coupon not working and that my only option should be that I pay for regular pricing since coupon isn't functional.
My issue is not that the coupon didn't work but tell me why couldn't she be more professional and simply tell me this coupon is having issues and will not work before I make a whole ass order with it? So then I said .. okay no problem.. keep your coupons because she also ended up telling me that she believes they discontinued these coupons . This employee wasted both mine and their own time .. they literally had prepared all the food and thought that I would just wind up paying a full total and be generous to do that even though I specifically intended on using what I thought would be a helpful coupon but nope I wound up telling her keep the coupons and I just left and they probably just had to throw away prepared food.. what a waste waste waste all because employee did not communicate this issue firstly to me. I would have happily ordered different things had I known that my coupon wouldn't work but she chose to allow me to believe I was getting a coupon deal and that was never gonna happen.

Too damn expensive for not even half filling the fries. I get the large to split it. $10 for 2 half filled curly fries and one was mostly regular fries instead.
