Worst jack in the box ever!! The service is horrible The lady was arguing with another worker and they mixed up everyone's order and I asked for no mustard on my ultimate buger and they added extra mustard!!! Highly disappointed.

Wow I haven't been to a Jack in the box in an eternity, I must say, I was very impressed. Probably one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The fries were great, the drinks were fresh, a great staff. Thank you, Jack in the box. I'm going to be a returning customer from now on!

I’m actually really pissed off. Just got off my 10 hour shift and I was looking forward to my Ultimate cheeseburger munchie meal . I also ordered a jacks spicy chicken munchie meal .
We got home and come to find we got The Cluck munchie meal and idk WHAT burger they gave me. But it wasn’t ultimate cheese burger. My drive through order number is #1244. Server : Lorena V

If I could take points away I would. The service was horrible... they didn't care about a single customer except drive thru...we waited about 20 minutes for them to take our order and waited about 30 more minutes to get it. We were definitely not the only ones either and multiple people walked out in frustration. Don't ever go here the staff is untrained and horrible at their jobs!!!!

This has to be one of the worst jacks in bakersfiled! The homeless issue... they dont even try! I ordered a meal today and idk what they are using but the meat or maybe lack thereof is so awful!!! Bun was hard. You can't taste the differences in the meat that they serving now.. these restaurants are raising prices and lowering quality. Im done with jack.. I don't know what they are serving

No one can convince me a screen for ordering food is better than a real person. Yesterday, we saw 2 women at different times come in and change clothes in the corner dinning area. One of the women went all the way down to her bra. There were children in there and the staff didn't say a word. One lady placed all her clothes on the counter, so staff should have known. I can say the employees were working hard-so thank you to them!

This place tried to rip me off by adding 4 extra tacos to my coupon order of $16 making it a total of $24 dollars. I noticed the price was off and when showed my receipt , she already knew about it and said she charged me 4 tacos without even telling me. She said she would refund me and I could keep the 4 extra tacos, after she handed me the extra money she charged she demanded the food back. This place has always been rude and it’s not the first time they sell you “extra” tacos to meet their sales.
