I had a chicken wrap fajita one, I spit it out the chicken didn't taste cooked thoroughly it had a uncooked texture....tacos were a bit too greasy made me sick.

I had my taste buds set on a yummy breakfast jack, the two sandwiches that I ordered have extremely dry and overcooked eggs. I ordered french toast and got no syrup, also at checkout widnow, the cashier didn't offer any condiments like jams or ketchup.

Just left this location. Asked for a $12 dollar munchies meal with a cheeseburger. When I pulled up Cashier or supervisor asked me to pull back and pull forward to stop the timer. I did so to maybe not get anyone in trouble. When I received my order it was not in the traditional munchie meal box and I noticed there were no tacos. When I asked her where are the tacos she asked if I was drinking? I let her know that I have not...she angrily gave me 2 tacos. I guess she was upset because my order was not right. Should have went to Carl's down the street...

i love this jack always hot & fresh & fast ! & everyone is always so nice ! the only thing is they never fill up the fry all the way, i swear i just got home & pulled out my large fry & it was half way ill wish i could provide a photo 😕😭 this is like the 3rd time it happens

Went through drive thru on Christmas night. The lovely female who took my order should get another job if she doesn’t like hers (: Don’t have a nasty attitude, interrupt someone when they’re speaking, and rush someone while they’re trying to order food. sorry you’re working on a holiday. But don’t take out your own frustration on customers. If you want to be treated like a human and with respect, do so in return. Otherwise it won’t be such a good outcome with the next person. Well i went inside the restaurant to buy something and use the restroom. The restroom was okay but the woman who took my order was just rude i mean hell who just tosses a bag in the customers direction and doesn't even look thats some of the worst customer service i ever received
Jack in the box is okay but they're drive-thru sucks it is slow as hell to get your order through drive-thru on Ming especially

Their drive through is under construction. The lobby is open and active and the food and just the dine in experience is great. Not sure how recently they updated the entire lobby but it’s warm and inviting and our food was exactly how we ordered it. Delicious…
