We're seniors and to use. The kiosk is very hard for us. So when we walked in, she told us the log. Our food in on that kiosk and we had to do it. So we got our order mixed up. And I just don't care for it if this is the way we're going. I won't be ordering food from Jack in the box or any other fast food place again.

This is a convenient place for me to visit and do very often unfortunately this past time we waited 45 mins for our food and the staff was no help when asked about the status of our order

It was a nice experience. A newly remodeled clean store. I only stopped by for an iced coffee. I'm still learning to use the self-order kiosk. It's the way of the future. It's a little tricky getting in the driveway off of a busy Ming Ave but I made it safely.
Terrible service, the soda machine wasn't working. I asked them to fill the cups up for me, and they just didn't do it . Then I asked for my money back on the drinks and they didn't do that either . I should've acted like the crackhead that was in line . They gave him his money back

Went through the drive thru with my son. Jaime was absolutely awesome from taking our order to making our milkshake that looked as though it was taken from the cover of a magazine. Definitely need more workers like him.
