My husband and myself have Jack in the Box at least once a week, but we usually go to a different one, the one on Oswell, and it's always so perfect and fresh! But this one here on My Vernon was so bad...the wait was long, food was cold, and had no flavor and the tacos were SUPER greasy, I didn't even finish my meal it was so badđŸ˜©It's been by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Jack in the Box💔They did offer two free cheesecakes for the wait which is very kind of them, but I'd rather have hot fresh food with flavor...it's like they didn't season the patties at all and everything was just COLD! I'm disappointed because I absolutely love Jack in the Box💔

After a hard basketball game. Me and my teammates with my coach went here to get food and then they said they wouldn’t serve because it’s too much people. Then we left to panda express to get food. Jack was my favorite fast food restaurant but they fell off. Panda is betterđŸ€·â€â™€ïž

After a long night at the emergency room, my mom and I wanted to eat so we came here.
It took the woman 7 minutes to take our order. She kept telling us to hold on. Couldn't comprehend our order and couldn't fulfill due to shortage of items.
When we FINALLY got to the window, she told us the computers were rebooting and it would be five minutes. We are now 8 minutes into the reboot and still no food. Nor has she come back to the window to even finish our order.
Terrible service. Terrible experience.

Name is on receipt, but won’t post it. All i wanted was my soda and understand the machine being down. But to say pull up front you’ll give me a free drink and never come out. This is why i left a bad review. I wasn’t looking for anything free. Please provide better customer service and keep your word. Thank you.

I only ordered an iced coffee through the app. When I picked it up they put a giant sticker over the top of the drink. When I attempted to take the sticker off it pulled the entire top off spilling coffee all over the inside of my car and on myself. When I asked why they would put a sticker over the drink like that they said “that’s how we do it” NO ITS NOT! Jerks

Placed order online. Burger was dry. No place on app to add cheese to burger. Value fries were no value. They cost $2.49 and we literally got 6 french fries.
