Ever since they started paying these employees more.. they do such a terrible job. They dont even have to take orders inside anymore. They will make you order on a tablet and they get an attitude when you need help with they slow inconvenient computer. Drive thru also.. even worse .. they will not make your order correctly or they will completely not add something.. you could be yelling it .. speaking clearly something every time is wrong or not there.
I wont come back here anymore. Waste of money and inconvenience due to employees lack of care to listen and do the job properly but go ahead and keeping raising the prices and paying them more 👍

One thing about this location is they will ALWAYS make u park to wait for ur food through the drive-thru! Even when they aren't busy. Idk why they are so slow. They need new management or train better. Whats the point of the drive thru if its not fast. Still I come here cause its the closes jack

Store is super slow, idk if they need to hire more people for night shift. But it took them 15 min just to take an order through drive thru for each car. I literally waited in drive thru for an hour which the door dash customer ended up canceling so I lost out on getting paid!!

First of all, I requested my ice coffee with EASY ice, nope it was almost all ice. Secondly, I ordered two croissants sandwiches not platters. I didn’t know I had to build my own sandwich.
