If you're going to this Jack in the Box, stop and don't. I was vehicle number three in the drive-thru. Took 20 minutes I think even a little bit more to get through. 5 minutes before they took my order and then 15 minutes just sitting there not sure what they're doing in there. But they're definitely not making food very fast. So much for fast food. You do better going to Chili's and it'll be about the same price.

I love the curly fries and pretty much everything else on the menu, but what happened to the one dollar tacos? Also I hate having to ask to go to the bathroom. What is this third grade classroom?

Terrible service, when ur time on line says one thing but your store says another maybe you should update the time, waited in line in the drive thru no one there for five minutes just when they opened just to have a rude ass manager tell us oh we just opened that's why we aren't taking u order ok well common decency would have been nice to be politely told that us that you aren't opened yet and ud be opening up shortly to assist us i would have kindly waited especially if u can see in the drive thru camera that you have someone in line

I had a really bad experience in front of my kids with this lady that I believe it was the manager She was very rude and screamed at me and denied me service I asked for her name and she didn't wanted to tell me she said she didn't cared I felt discriminated for the color of my skin I would like an apology from her to me and for my kids the incident happened today like at 1pm

First we will start with If the bathrooms is going to be lock and only paying customers can use it that restroom should be clean! No there is piss all over the seat and the flood os flooded with piss..they changed me an item that I did not order, and they didn't even give the item to me.. What is wrong with the management of this facility.

We in to order with 5 yr old. 5 yr old needed to potty real bad and we were refused bathroom access multiple times even though we were going to place large family order for 5 people. Manager refused to give me her name. Extremely rude inconsiderate staff. I have video proof of the entire interaction. They made my granddaughter cry and hurt which is unacceptable. The manager and 1 male staff needs to be terminated immediately.

Won’t even allow a child in the bathroom before completing an order! Making a child hold themselves for other people to complete their order & then have the child’s family complete their order just because they need to complete a purchase first for a CHILD to use the restroom is disrespectful, the attitude from these trash employees is just a representation of the business, giving Jack in the box a terrible look. They knew they were going to make an order and still refused a child a restroom to use. Pathetic trash employees. Manager is trash too
