The service was absolutely horrible! The employees were sooo rude! They weren’t busy at all and had all the attitude this morning. I recommend to never eat here what a horrible experience for my students and peers. It took 24 mins to hand me my food.

Manger is very rude would not acknowledge customer needing help some customer at counter so they ended up leaving when asked who is working the counter no answer when I asked who was the manager no answer! When finally raised my voice for help the manager came forward rudely and told me to leave

I went to the Jack in the box on Olive drive in Bakersfield. The atmosphere would be fine except for all the homeless people and tweakers constantly coming up asking for money. I give out food drink a money whenever I can. However to be asked for things every time you're in that area it is ridiculous. The service could have been better, I did not even get one napkin. The food could have been better, I ordered tacos, and they were burnt and really really greasy. However the egg roll that we got, was delish.

I have never waited to long here a couple times mabie food a little cold but honestly that happens at all fast food restaurants. The atmosphere is fine being I always go through the drive thru. I give 5+ stars to the Customer Service, Cooks and Managers all Super Friendly..!!

Won’t tell me until after swipe card that it’s only EBT cash And irritates me more because if I have money on there, I would be pissed off that they would be using it for cash and not snap. Like if they left the sign out would of saved me 15 minute wait in a line. Just assume everyone with a EBT card is gonna have the same issue when it depends on the who applies for the program to get hot food? Like you think I would be spending my actual cash here?!?!?
They take sooooo long to get your order. If you go inside, it takes 15+ minutes. Drive thru is the same. If you order on the app, it's 15-30 minutes to get your food. Don't go to this jack in the box if you are in a hurry. I ordered today at 10:29am and it's 10:56am and I still haven't gotten my order.
