I have never waited to long here a couple times mabie food a little cold but honestly that happens at all fast food restaurants. The atmosphere is fine being I always go through the drive thru. I give 5+ stars to the Customer Service, Cooks and Managers all Super Friendly..!!

Won’t tell me until after swipe card that it’s only EBT cash And irritates me more because if I have money on there, I would be pissed off that they would be using it for cash and not snap. Like if they left the sign out would of saved me 15 minute wait in a line. Just assume everyone with a EBT card is gonna have the same issue when it depends on the who applies for the program to get hot food? Like you think I would be spending my actual cash here?!?!?

They take sooooo long to get your order. If you go inside, it takes 15+ minutes. Drive thru is the same. If you order on the app, it's 15-30 minutes to get your food. Don't go to this jack in the box if you are in a hurry. I ordered today at 10:29am and it's 10:56am and I still haven't gotten my order.

The newly remodeled Jack looks really nice but when I had to go and use the restroom there was no toilet paper available and was forced to use what I call ass gaskets the food was decent done perfectly to order they handed Ranch to every order even though we did not order it ketchup and taco sauce were on the tables along with napkins, the staff was courteous and seemed a bit busy after 6 Rush overall we like the place except for I gave it a 3-star due to having to use the gaskets... Came back a 2 weeks later found out someone STOLE IT! Like who dose?? Anyhow foods fresh and good every time we come, its all been replaced now

If you're going to this Jack in the Box, stop and don't. I was vehicle number three in the drive-thru. Took 20 minutes I think even a little bit more to get through. 5 minutes before they took my order and then 15 minutes just sitting there not sure what they're doing in there. But they're definitely not making food very fast. So much for fast food. You do better going to Chili's and it'll be about the same price.

I love the curly fries and pretty much everything else on the menu, but what happened to the one dollar tacos? Also I hate having to ask to go to the bathroom. What is this third grade classroom?

Terrible service, when ur time on line says one thing but your store says another maybe you should update the time, waited in line in the drive thru no one there for five minutes just when they opened just to have a rude ass manager tell us oh we just opened that's why we aren't taking u order ok well common decency would have been nice to be politely told that us that you aren't opened yet and ud be opening up shortly to assist us i would have kindly waited especially if u can see in the drive thru camera that you have someone in line
