They didn’t have the items we wanted available , no big deal. Went through the drive through and ordered tacos. Went to the window and wanted to add egg rolls to our order, cashier told us no we can’t do that and that we would have to go back around. Thought that was pretty funny so told her never mind. She proceeded to offer us sauce so we asked for ranch and of course they didn’t it. Overall bad experience won’t be going back there again

Best part is that they have Clean restrooms. Only got a low rating on food and service because I was unable to get any. I just wanted a cup of coffee. No one was at the counter. A young man near the Drive up window said it would be a while before he could help me. He knew I just wanted coffee. Guess they were short staffed.

Thank you thank you thank you who ever made my chicken sandwich with curly fries and a Coke on Valentine’s Day. I know Valentine’s Day is the day to suck working trust me. I also work in the food industry and on Valentine’s Day. I made sure to make those sandwiches extra bad because how dare they order that much on Valentine’s Day, but thank you so much on whoever made my spicy chicken sandwich today Valentine’s Day around 10 PM. It hit the spot.

Manager was rude when I bought 4 Oreo Shakes W/O Whipped Cream and when I brought them back. She yelled at me saying that she wouldn't reimburse me for all 4 Shakes...only 3 of them because I drank out of 1. When I told her that I wanted to exchange the Shakes for less Oreos, she yelled at me again saying that if I wanted a smaller amount of Oreos, then I shouldve ordered it the 1st time. She said each shake comes with 3 scoops of Oreos. I asked her why was she yelling...and she denied/defended her actions. Then she slammed the Drivethru Window. After she was done, she shoved my Shakes out of the Window, crumbled my receipt, and said "Here, I'm not going to remake these again!", then slammed the Drivethru Window... again. I have never in my lifetime ever been treated with such hateful, disrespect, and rudeness from anyone...let alone a Fast Food Manager. I'm surprised I haven't called the Better Business Bureau yet! But trust and believe that if this happens again.... they'll be the 1st COMPANY I'LL CALL!
