Place was a little busy and only saw 1 girl working the counter and making the drinks. Finally did see her co worker come out from back after a little bit. Must have been on her lunch. Well for being short staffed the one girl did an amazing job trying to get all the orders out timely. Had the strawberry wild one of my favorite. Place was clean and drink was delicious

Second time we come here during the weekend and only 1 person working. There are currently 14 people in the lobby waiting for their drinks and one person working. Ordering on the kiosk and waiting for our order took 27 minutes. 1 star is for the waiting, the guy was in good spirits and very apologetic about the wait.

This place is upscale my favorite because they still serve oatmeal on North California and South California My family and myself love Jamba we travel all the States and the first place we look is Jamba but this place and Bakersfield is outstanding and the customer service Skills are passing the excellent level Que up the good work, Ortiz Family, Thank you, _Tony,

The girl working Saturday June 1, 2024 was extremely rude. I brought my 7 year old in and she was excited to get a smoothie. I was told to use the kiosk as I was struggling to place my order of 4 drinks she helped the girl behind me at the register. After I placed my order at the kiosk another woman used the kiosk and her order was ready before mine as she order 3 drinks so there should be no reason she did her first. She was in the back when I left and asked her name but she never came back nor did I get her name incredibly rude!
