Big fan of Jamba as a franchise. Walking in there was no line, which is odd, but after briefly speaking with the cashier, it was easy to why. Short Hispanic girl with glasses, didn't catch her name. She is rude, speaks to clients in a condescending matter-of-fact manner, and left me and my family with a sour experience.
To owner: employees like these don't help your store nor the franchise.

Whoever the staff person was the morning of Sep 22nd 2024 took a while to take my order, when I was telling her my order and when she asked anything else I said yes, and she did a sigh sound and it made me feel as if I was a bother showing up and buying drinks. This was the first and last time going to this location. If they’re understaffed the management needs to add staff on Sundays mornings. If she was alone she should’ve used her communication skills as per the application banner on the wall & said “ I’m sorry, I’ll be right with you” “I’m currently alone at the moment these drinks will take a big longer for me to make” I would’ve understood her even more. I was calm and collective, but she was making sighs and giving looks as if I was the problem. Regards of the situation I know she was upset but from an inside perspective I also knew she felt pressured from work.

I never got a chance to order here. I had a gift card given to me as a gift but when I tried to use it at this location (stockdale), it wasn’t scanning. I asked the cashier if she could hand type the card number, she responded that the system won’t allow them to hand type a gift card. However I could clearly see that her screen gave her the option to hand type the number. She told me I needed to call the service number on the back of the card. Costumer service was no help, they told me I first needed to provide proof of purchase, but I told them it was a “gift” card. They were able to authenticate that the card was real and that there were funds on the card, but couldn’t provide me with a new one until I provided proof that purchase. I told them that the person who gifted me the card no longer had the receipt. The rep told me that the card won’t ever expire and i asked them why does that matter if I can never access the funds. I eventually went the Jamba Juice at Valley Plaza, the cashier was very helpful and she hand type the card, which allowed me to make my purchase. She also let me know that if I signed up for their rewards, then I could myself transfer the funds digitally. It’s amazing that 2 cashiers at one store and two costumer service reps couldn’t help me, but 1 worker at a different store was able to provide great service and help me.

I tried calling this Stockdale location a few times because I couldn’t go back but they apparently don’t answer phones. However, this is the second time I went in to get a bowl and they did not put all the ingredients requested in my bowl. In fact, the fruit is already included in the bowl so it’s really no request it’s just them not putting the ingredients in. Specifically, banana that I need to get my good carbs.

Lady in the morning with shirt brown hair and gold glasses had zero customer service, she didn’t say a word when I walked in. Very awkward.

The manager right here is very rude and disrespectful. I will not recommend this place. She act like she too good I ordered a water with ice and when I got my cup it had no ice in it just water so I told her that the cup had no ice. Can I have some ice? She got all rude and started having a face on her I don’t think that’s really appropriate for people to be like that she works for somebody else and she thinks that she can act whatever way she wants because she’s the manager
