I was on my way to Vons to grab something for dinner when Alex approached me and offered to stop by Jamba Juice for a $1 drink from 2 PM to 7 PM. After going home to wait for my kids to get out of school, I headed straight back to Jamba Juice. Alex provided us with exceptional service and was incredibly welcoming. It's rare to encounter employees with such enthusiasm, and I just had to share that the experience Alex gave us was a solid 10/10!

Today, I took my granddaughter to Jamba Juice. There was one girl working, she handled ten customers in a curtious and timely manner. She never seemed to get frustrated. her name is Priscilla. Great service, and thank you.

Whomever the male employee is at 730 in the Morning is flat out rude. I walked in and he was in the back.. which is fine, except I waited and waited and waited long enough to call out for someone.. no response.. so I waited and then called the store thinking maybe someone will come if they hear the phone ringing. It worked.. guy came out, looked all disheveled like he just rolled out of bed.. he took my order and then picked up the phone and called the missed number back.. when my phone rang he got an attitude saying I didn't need to call he was just in the back in the refrigerator. He wanted to argue with how long I had been waiting then refused to make my order. Poor service.
