Just passed through to get a smoothie around 6pm and felt bad since there was one worker at the moment, but luckily I got my drink out pretty quickly as he was very diligent considering how busy it was!
I was on my way to Vons to grab something for dinner when Alex approached me and offered to stop by Jamba Juice for a $1 drink from 2 PM to 7 PM. After going home to wait for my kids to get out of school, I headed straight back to Jamba Juice. Alex provided us with exceptional service and was incredibly welcoming. It's rare to encounter employees with such enthusiasm, and I just had to share that the experience Alex gave us was a solid 10/10!
Today, I took my granddaughter to Jamba Juice. There was one girl working, she handled ten customers in a curtious and timely manner. She never seemed to get frustrated. her name is Priscilla. Great service, and thank you.
