Bread & food has always been superb! Service is good but suspect the attitude is they're expecting a tip but are getting little to none for to-go orders. Old school => you don't come to my table, no need for tip. I try to slip 10% for preparation & handling. We just love the cool little to-go bags.

Service was good from our female sandwhich artist. The shorter male sandwhich artist was good at preperation. However, while trying to eat my order. I noticed a tall slim male employee proceed to walk outside service staion wearing gloves for preperation. I thought he must be done with there shift. However, that same slim tall male employee proceed to come back wearing same gloves to re-enter establishment and while touching door with said gloves. Which he than proceeded back to the sandwhich work station and proceeded to intiate orders. Without 9washing hands or changing gloves. Come on completely disgusting!!! It made me secound guess eating further and completely repulsed. Not that all employees there are acountable for that selfish one, yet I have to be honest. As I would have liked this place otherwise had I not been privy to this incident. Now I will secound guess all my dining experiences.

I never post reviews but for the amount that I spent and lack of care put into my order I felt the need too. Firstly the person that took my order wore the same gloves to slice my sandwich meat after touching the register and everything else. Secondly it just sat there after it was sliced while flies landed on the meat. Lastly after they began to add veggies things ran low and the girl making it spilled ingredients underneath where the toppings are held while restocking and then put them on my sandwiches. I will never visit this location again it was absolutely disgusting

I am amazed by their efficiency. Even when they are busy they get everyone's order quickly while being friendly. I have celiac and the staff is extremely careful. They change gloves and use separate utensils and separate trays and condiments. Fantastic
The gentleman that originally took and started my order was great. And then the female worker came and took over and didn't know what she was doing. I ordered the #8. It comes with bacon. When I mentioned it, she gave me attitude. I asked for mustard, and she gave me a single line down the middle, lol. The rest of the staff was nice and friendly. Nice convenient location.

My go to. Jersey Mike's on Coffee has a great team of employees. I'm always greeted with a "welcome to Jersey Mike's" as I come through the door and they let me know if they can start my order or an I'll be right with you. Always fresh bread and you have to try my favorite the #13 on Rosemary Parmisan bread, Mike's way, no onions, add pickles, pepers and mayo on the lid. I get a regular, a Giant with chips is lunch or dinner for two.

This is the worst Jersey Mike's in Bakersfield. They hire kids who are more worried about closing and what music to listen to than to service the customer.
