Wasn’t greeted when I walked in and the shop looked gross and messy. I stood there waiting since the lady looked busy. She asked what I wanted, not once said hi or anything. I asked for a sandwich with rosemary bread and she said they ran out of all bread except for wheat. When I was hesitant on accepting the wheat bread she rudely asked if I wanted it or not or I could go to the next shop that’s 5 mins away. The next shop was 20 minutes away, not 5mins. Don’t waste your time and money at this location. The other Jersey mikes are a lot better.

They Set the tone for a positive experience with the atmosphere they provide for the customers, they’re always so interactive, They know U by name and they Have definitely set the gold standard for me when it comes to customer service. Please take a second to just thank them for all that they do. I know this is a very successful establishment by the amount of traffic that is in and out of this place, as a business owner, I can tell you right now you need to really take time to show these people how much they’re appreciated. My first ever Jersey Mike's and it didn't disappoint! With increased prices at Subway, I'll gladly dine at Jersey Mike's where I'm getting a 7 inch regular with military discount, and fresh ingredients that don't look or taste freezer burned!

Not as good as subway but still good. The veggies are not enough .
Bread & food has always been superb! Service is good but suspect the attitude is they're expecting a tip but are getting little to none for to-go orders. Old school => you don't come to my table, no need for tip. I try to slip 10% for preparation & handling. We just love the cool little to-go bags.

Service was good from our female sandwhich artist. The shorter male sandwhich artist was good at preperation. However, while trying to eat my order. I noticed a tall slim male employee proceed to walk outside service staion wearing gloves for preperation. I thought he must be done with there shift. However, that same slim tall male employee proceed to come back wearing same gloves to re-enter establishment and while touching door with said gloves. Which he than proceeded back to the sandwhich work station and proceeded to intiate orders. Without 9washing hands or changing gloves. Come on completely disgusting!!! It made me secound guess eating further and completely repulsed. Not that all employees there are acountable for that selfish one, yet I have to be honest. As I would have liked this place otherwise had I not been privy to this incident. Now I will secound guess all my dining experiences.
