Came in with hubby after shopping, first time here. Was greeted by a young gentleman who we could tell had a passion for his job. He made us a really awesome sandwich which he recommended with his own flare. The young girl rang us up. Both were friendly and so helpful over all great experiences and sandwiches were delicious.March 24th 4:19pm

The sandwiches were good but the girls making my sandwich were moving very slowly and having a full conversation while i was waiting for them to make my sandwich. The girl asked me multiple times how I wanted my sandwich even though I had already told her. I was the only one in there but by the time I was done there was a line out of the door.

Walked in 25 min before closing and the guy working tried saying they weren’t making sandwiches when it’s clearly stated they close at 9pm. Then acted like a child throwing things on the ground and mad because he had to make a sandwhich . Will never come here again !

Stopped in to grab a bite. I had never been to this location. The employees were really nice greeted us and took our order. It's clean and comfortable. My sub of choice is the Italian one. I really love this place, and having it Mike's way is just a great choice. I only wish they had one in east Bakersfield. So if it's a grab a sandwhich day, this is the way to go.

I came in the other day and the staff was nothing but great to me, I see people's comments such as haley b and William g as for haily you really don't have anything else better to do with your life then complain about people making your food the manager is a very nice person and is nothing but respectful and as for William g of course people arnt going to be happy with you when you come in close toward the end of the night it bothers me seeing people try to bash these workers when all they do is help you out and make good food over all the store is great and as for the other people get a life

I had good service and good food however, I watched an employee interact with other employees in such a disturbing manner. She was so rude and snappy at the others. It was at around 11:30 am on October 10th. She was so nasty to the others I felt so bad for them. As a business owner, I would definitely reprimand an employee for how she was speaking to them. I didn't get her name but she was shorter and wearing glasses I believe.

Dear manager of this store, Two of the three young men you have closing tonight are incredibly rude, unprofessional and stealing from your store. This is the worst service I've received from any Jersey Mike's and I will not be returning to this location. Ahead of me in line was an employee from the pizza place next door who did not pay for her sandwich, rather was given her meal by your employee's. The gentleman making my sub had his head where the sun doesn't shine as he repeatedly asked me what I wanted after I told him the first time. I strongly recommend some remedial training for the staff that worked tonight, the 1st of July if you want to retain customers in the future.

Unfortunately the staff was overwhelmed with customers that lead to mistakes being made to customer's orders.
My wife and I have over a period of several months ordered quite a large variety of sandwiches. They have uniformly been of excellent quality and the service fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

This store does not provide customer satisfaction. They charge but do not follow through. I ordered 6 giants with extra meat extra cheese. Recived 1 slice of bacon. No extra meat, no extra cheese. Charged over 100.00, supposedly they compensated 1 giant. Don't see any reduction in price but a reduction in meat and cheese. Buyer beware, this location does not fulfill your order.
