My experience was terrible. I ordered on line. When I went to pick it up. The teenage employees just kept looking at pictures of their phones, while my order set there. I got 2 Italian bowls and was hardly anything it the bowl. Maybe 1/2 lettuce. I ordered extra meat and didn’t get that either. They didn’t even put any dressing on it. Not a happy camper. I will not be back.

preordered a sandwich and it was 45 minutes thought this was wrong so went to store after a 20 minutes and still needed 20-26 minutes and no one in the store. Asked to cancel and refund not receipt of a cancellation or refund notice.

the service i so slow i have the pickup order for doordash and the pickup time is 5.22 pm and i receive order at 5.16 and i was waited around 25 minutes for the order i don’t know what they are doing they are soo slow if they don’t know how to work fastly then why they work just stay at home . seriously very bad experience from this store just improve your service disgusting

First time trying this restaurant, and the food was just okay. I wish I didn't feel pressured to order so soon because while I was looking at the menu, there were about 5 employees behind the counter just staring the whole time like they were annoyed lol😅

Stopped for lunch in the middle of a long drive and was very happy with both the food and the service. Sandwiches were right the first time and very tasty, and the cream soda from the fountain was really great. This location was staffed way better than others that I have seen, and I think that that made a difference. The place was clean, orders were done timely, and overall I'd be very happy stopping here again.

Some of the workers here just suck. Whoever is training these workers needs to be retrained. They’ve mixed up my order right in front of me with an online order that barely got called to be made. They go and make me another because now two different sandwiches got mixed up into one and then once the new one is made these people give me the initial messed up sandwich. There was just one other person in line with me, if they can’t handle two people in line I don’t know how they handle when it gets busy. Most times I love the sub sandwiches here but mistakes like this have happened numerous times already. Especially with prices going up, I should get the number 9 sandwich I ordered (one of the more expensive sandwiches they have) not some little Frankenstein sandwich that they threw together. I payed for a sandwich with multiple meats and ended up with a little sandwich with bacon and roast beef.

This location seems to be going downhill. When we have done mobile orders, the order is just flat out wrong. Wrong bread and extras that were paid for but not included. This has happened multiple times. Most of the workers seem completely apathetic, as well.
