I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service I experienced during a recent curbside pickup order. I placed my order online and included a specific note with special instructions that needed to be followed.

When I called the store to confirm my order and clarify the instructions, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional and displayed irate behavior. The representative hung up on me without resolving the issue or completing my order according to the notes provided.

I then attempted to address the situation with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager failed to acknowledge my concerns, ignored my complaint entirely, and did not take any steps to resolve the issue or correct the behavior of the staff involved.

This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customers. I expect better service, especially when orders are placed and paid for in advance.

I am requesting that this incident be reviewed, appropriate action be taken, and that I receive a response regarding how this matter will be addressed to prevent future occurrences.

The female manager that works the lunch shift is rude and insensitive to her customers. She refused to give her name when asked and also couldn’t be bothered to give me corporates number so I could make a complaint. I highly recommend if you want GOOD customer service, don’t go to this location. You’ll get ignored and pushed aside for other customers orders while your food sits unfinished

I don’t usually post reviews, which should say something. I came in on a Saturday for a pickup order and ended up waiting 6 minutes while staff ignored me. Someone else walked in, showed their phone, and got their order immediately. In the past, they’d ask for my name and the process was smooth. This time, no acknowledgment, no greeting — just poor service. I felt overlooked and disrespected. I won’t be returning to this location. Do better

I'm giving this review, because I asked for a famous Philly WITH NO VEGGIES, NO VEGGIES. PLS THE OWNER REPLY. THIS IS NOT FAIR. I paid $20 some dollars for something I never asked for. Your workers need to make sure the order they doing is the right one. I got home and surprise VEGGIES.

Absolutely awful experience at this location. The employees do not take food allergies seriously whatsoever and failed to use precaution on our order. Employees were very rude and dismissed a simple request to use clean gloves, etc in order. These employees DO NOT understand the severity of food allergies and made it seem as I was a nuisance asking for simple requests. Clean knife, paper and gloves. Would absolutely never go back to this location for how rude and unprofessional the employees working were. Don’t recommend anyone with a dietary restriction go to this specific jersey mikes due to their lack of knowledge on the severity of food allergies and the lack of precaution used to make an order for someone with allergies. I’ve been to Jersey mikes in other cities and did not have such a horrible experience.

My experience was terrible. I ordered on line. When I went to pick it up. The teenage employees just kept looking at pictures of their phones, while my order set there. I got 2 Italian bowls and was hardly anything it the bowl. Maybe 1/2 lettuce. I ordered extra meat and didn’t get that either. They didn’t even put any dressing on it. Not a happy camper. I will not be back.

preordered a sandwich and it was 45 minutes thought this was wrong so went to store after a 20 minutes and still needed 20-26 minutes and no one in the store. Asked to cancel and refund not receipt of a cancellation or refund notice.
