Some of the workers here just suck. Whoever is training these workers needs to be retrained. They’ve mixed up my order right in front of me with an online order that barely got called to be made. They go and make me another because now two different sandwiches got mixed up into one and then once the new one is made these people give me the initial messed up sandwich. There was just one other person in line with me, if they can’t handle two people in line I don’t know how they handle when it gets busy. Most times I love the sub sandwiches here but mistakes like this have happened numerous times already. Especially with prices going up, I should get the number 9 sandwich I ordered (one of the more expensive sandwiches they have) not some little Frankenstein sandwich that they threw together. I payed for a sandwich with multiple meats and ended up with a little sandwich with bacon and roast beef.

This location seems to be going downhill. When we have done mobile orders, the order is just flat out wrong. Wrong bread and extras that were paid for but not included. This has happened multiple times. Most of the workers seem completely apathetic, as well.

They are hands down the best Jersey Mikes around. I had a crazy day at work today and wanted to provide lunch for over 50 people. I called and spoke to the manager at 10:15am and he had had 5 catering boxes of food ready for me in 40 minutes! That is OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Thank you for helping me out today. I will be visiting your location more often because of your high level of service.

This place can't function without Conner. Issues on Sunday- - line out the door, extremely slow service - Uber eats people waiting over scheduled pick up times - restaurant completely dirty- overflowing trash in bathroom, left door open so flys everywhere, tables dirty, floor disgusting - employees moving like their stuck in molasses, absolutely no hustle in their body's.

Ate at this Jersey Mikes at Allen and Brimhall yesterday with a friend and loved it. I have always been a Subway customer, but recently every visit my order is wrong. I was so impressed with this Jersey Mikes. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Kudos to the manager of this store, not only was your food delicious but your staff, Saturday evening was wonderful. They truly know how to treat customers.

This location is never up to par I ordered a regular sub on white bread and after waiting 10 minutes for it to be made they told me they are out of white bread and last 3 times I've eaten here they havent had white bread during lunch hour on a Tuesday like cmon guys get it together also the place is very dirty inside not one of the tables were clean enough to sit at and there was debris and trash on the ground and the bathroom was a wreck i do not recommend

Had the largest sized sub, planned on eating half, and ate the whole sandwich! They donated 100% of their proceeds, to Bakersfield locations, and possibly beyond, towards the essential Ronald McDonald House. This went on for an entire day! Jersey Mikes represents what makes our area a place to be proud of!
