Very bad customer service and slow working. Guy at the front is very rude and aggressive. If they had gotten my order right the first time. We wouldn’t have any problems and didn’t even get my whole order remade when it was their fault.

Very slow service. I couldn’t believe I was standing there waiting just for someone to take my order. I was told to give my order to a busy employee, which I did, and then stood around again before someone else was told to make my sandwich. The store was literally not busy at all.
Definitely not Mike’s way. Mike wouldn’t be happy.

The best Jersey Mike's I've visited. The team was working like a well oiled machine. The atmosphere was light and fun. We visited from 5:30 to about 6:00 A great team working during our visit

Ordered the original Italian without prosciuttini, ham, and cappacuolo. I asked for the items to be substituted with turkey. The manager told the cashier to ring it up as a turkey and up charge for the salami and pepperoni. I was charged $5 extra. What a terrible way to nickel and dime customers.
