Walking in, the restaurant was very clean. But, there was nobody at the hostess table. There was a bell to ring, and some menus. There was a sign on the counter that said you were not allowed to bring "outside," food into the hotel the restaurant is attached to. Unless it was from the restaurant. This place is cool, but, I have been in there several times over many years, and this current staff is a little hot cold, at least to me. It may be a female to female thing, my buddy who is a guy is treated great always. Overall though this is not anything severe in fact it's barely noticeable. I only noticed because it is not the first time nor place I have experienced this phenomenon.
Great karaoke every night of the week and large dance floor. Friendly service and great bar food with a large variety. The crowd can vary as it's by a hotel which also makes a good place to mix it up.
