Just Wing It - Panama Lane

Slow service and very poor customer service. I placed an order to pick up and was told it would be ready at a specific time. I came to the restaurant at that time and stood at the front waiting to be helped. Multiple servers saw me and made eye contact but no one came to help me. I waited for overnight 20 minutes until I finally called the restaurant while standing in there to get someone to help me. When the finally came over they didn’t even have my order ready. I was told it would be another 5 minutes. I did not get my food for another 20 minutes and when I did there was no apology or explanation. Just ‘here’s your food’ and that’s it. From the time I placed my online order until I got my food was almost an hour with the majority of that time waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I love the wings but the customer service has ruined it. I would not recommend.

Stopped by to watch a game and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and the wife sauce was spectacular! Will be coming back

This is by far the WORST JW location
Always out of amaretto, or moldy ranch sauce or wrong drink, under cooked wings. I want to like this place moved cross town use to.visit the excellent market place but this spot SUCKS!

The atmosphere feels like a cool Mexican wing place. Taco Tuesdays are pretty cool. Their carnitas tacos are the best.

I ordered $57 worth of wings period. They were terrible and they wouldn't do anything about it. There was something wrong with them.

If you want to come for a good time and good service come here! Robbie has been the best bartender we have ever encountered! This will be our forever bar as long as he’s here.

I love Just Wing It so much! I am a regular at both locations, but the last time I went was especially good. Mariah was my bartender and she was fabulous! She made me and my boyfriend feel welcomed and ensured our drinks were always full. I highly recommend this joint to anyone—best wings in town.
