shitty service. waited for our menus and drink didn’t come we had to ask a worker for menus she just looked and said she’d send someone. another waitress came and just threw the menus and walked away, and talked to other customers all friendly. this one always sucks and worse service even when it’s slow

If I could give this play zero stars I would. Set down at a table at 1 o'clock on a Friday afternoon. Set down for 10 minutes was not even acknowledged after being told to sit anywhere , not one person came to offer me and my son drinks or bring us a menu. Terrible customer service can't even tell if the food is good or not.
There's was probably 15 people total inside the entire restaurant. That's including the workers. Terrible customer service.

That white gurl mariel the bartender takes soo longgg to help the customers ,,shes always flirting with all these guys all the time,and not paying attention to the customers that are trying to order

Honestly I feel like everyone writing bad reviews about this place needs to lighten up a little bit. The servers are trying their very best. During the day shifts, there is only one server till 2 or 4pm. They try their best to get to everyone in a timely matter but the truth is some of their tables are SUPER freakin needy and like to take their time ordering drinks and food. So next time you go in there and it’s a packed restaurant and you only see 1 or 2 servers and they are running around, think to yourself…. Let me make sure to have my order ready or let me have some patience. Because if YOU were doing this, you wouldn’t last a week.

I usually come here with my friends all the time and we always receive great service—no complaints at all. However, today was a different story. The service was horrible. Despite multiple staff members, including the bartender, seeing us, we waited 45 minutes before anyone actually came to help us. Very disappointing experience, especially given how much we usually enjoy coming here.

Slow service and very poor customer service. I placed an order to pick up and was told it would be ready at a specific time. I came to the restaurant at that time and stood at the front waiting to be helped. Multiple servers saw me and made eye contact but no one came to help me. I waited for overnight 20 minutes until I finally called the restaurant while standing in there to get someone to help me. When the finally came over they didn’t even have my order ready. I was told it would be another 5 minutes. I did not get my food for another 20 minutes and when I did there was no apology or explanation. Just ‘here’s your food’ and that’s it. From the time I placed my online order until I got my food was almost an hour with the majority of that time waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I love the wings but the customer service has ruined it. I would not recommend.

Wings are hit and miss. Customer service is horrible. Wish they had more/ nicer staff because this place has lots of potential. I guess they don’t train for customer service at Just Wing It 🤷🏻‍♀️

DO NOT BOTHER COMING TO THIS LOCATION! The staff is poor attitude took forever to attend us, no one was around to be seen to host us. Came in for a pick up & the bartender said just wait there didn't care to help get someone in the back or check on our order. Ordered hot Buffalo wings came with no sauce plain dry wings &asked for some they only gave me 1 tiny like seriously! Damn well they wouldn't eat this dry crap if it were them. Cheese is dried out not even fresh. They said the receipt said plain so they didn't try to change it when CLEARLY THATS NOT what I ordered! Staff is so careless NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I blame my fiance for coming to this location in the first place. But definitely not going to either at all. Too expensive & food is dry! Poor customer service to max! & delivery of food! Wanted to talk to the manager but they didn't try to get him &the fone to call doesn't work! Not even website to file something to contact.

This place is honestly horrible they don’t bring the food out all together, they had half my family eating and the rest of the family starving waiting for their food. Horrible service, I will definitely not be coming back.

The location on Ming is absolutely amazing!!! I can always count on an icy cold beer and cooked to perfection wings when I come and I leave ready for a nap!!! 💜😂

The food is always amazing and made fresh, and the beer is ice cold. Highly recommend!
