Kalbi King Korean BBQ & Sushi

We recently dined here and encountered poor service. Our server frequently forgot our orders, which led me to not order what I actually wanted. First, when she asked for drink orders, she overlooked me and took someone else's order instead; I intended to request a soju cocktail. Secondly, she took everyone's food orders but again forgot to ask for mine. While I understand we were seated in a corner, this was still disappointing. Thirdly, when we ordered the Korean egg custard, she forgot that as well. Out of the twelve of us who ordered combos, she provided only one. Additionally, when we requested side orders, I eventually gave up because she forgot to bring them twice. I also asked for a plastic spoon for my daughter, which she forgot. Although she frequently checked if we were okay, she often walked away before we could respond. Overall, it felt like she was not genuinely attentive to our needs. The food was decent, but the service was lacking.

I have never left a Korean BBQ place not feeling satisfied till now. The beef was good, the chicken so so. But the real reason I am not coming back here is the menu and cleanliness. It's not all you can eat, they have combos. The 2 person combo is not really enough for two people. They gave us one little iceberg lettuce salad to SHARE. One stew to SHARE. The sides were barley there. You can ask for refills on some things but how long is that gonna take? She eats, I eat, she eats? Also, clean your bathroom. This was an 85 dollar meal with tip and it was... Really not worth that. Won't be coming back here

Waited over 20 minutes nobody came to sit us the smoke in the place was overflowing in the entire building I couldn’t breathe it was giving our party a headache and coughing

The food is ok. Its eh not great but not bad. Short staffed we only seen out waitress when she got out drinks, came back to take out order and almost an hr later to get some forks and napkins. Also she was very nice but she had to many tables to serve each accordingly. Buy the time we got forks out food was cold. For spending over $100 it was NOT worth it. Also they couldn't comp out cold noodles or offer any discount as the owner doesn't allow this and there was no management available.

They served us food that was not edible. Our bill totaled over a hundred dollars and they refused to remove the disgusting appetizer. They lost a customer over 2 dollars worth of edamame. Incredibly petty and unreasonable.

We stopped here while road-tripping back to Arizona and were really glad we did. Even though we were the only people in the restaurant at the time, the service was still friendly and attentive. We got the BBQ lunch special and it was the perfect amount of food to feel full. Tasty food, great service, would stop again!

This place lacks so much effort and is soo dirty. Cleaning supplies clutter at front check in area. Seats were sticky not wiped down. The menu was disgustingly sticky, menu inserts are papers that have had previous spills and are torn falling apart. Our table had a spill from previous person the table was barely wiped down but not left clean. We ordered drinks and were already debating on leaving due to the uncleanliness that was visible. The food prices are way to high considering the restaurant is definitely not up to par with their prices. We never mind pricing as long as the restaurant is Clean. The restroom was disgusting. If the things we can see are that dirty i can not imagine what back areas look like. Would never come here again.

Excellent restaurant with several options and a great set up. The staff were very friendly (thank you, Minnie!) and you get quite a bit of food. Highly recommend. You have to try the various meat combinations (sliced brisket was phenomenal). The Caliente sushi roll was amazing and the California roll was fresh and perfectly sized.

The servers were so sweet and attentive! The meat was freshly cut. We got the combo for four people but 3 adults and 2 kids ate and we all got full. Came with unlimited sides and rice which is nice! Would come again (:

Checked in. Number two to be seated. The girl says five minutes. Fifteen minutes later, guy walks in and says he has to bus tables and it will be ten more minutes. Used to be great, not so much now. After twenty minutes we left and ate next door.
