I'm disappointed because the woman on the microphone couldn't hear me clearly and had a 3 piece chicken, but I ordered an 8 piece chicken only. So I told her at the window and she seemed upset and when I got the order it was legs and thighs. I hate drive thru's because I can really hear them very well and they can't hear me very well l. But I really don't like let's and thighs.

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a famous bowl with a large fry and a small fry and an eight piece chicken and when I went to go pay for it the girl asked me twice so it's 8 piece chicken large fries with some small fry and a famous bowl and I said yes so she asked me if I'm sure I said yes I'm sure then she gives me my order and I'm halfway almost towards my house and I look at the order and she gave me coleslaw two mashed potatoes with an a piece chicken and I went back to say that I had the wrong order and she goes and tells her coworker but I told her twice if it was right and and she did tell me twice but she gave me the wrong order after asking me if I'm sure that's the order I ordered and the girl gave me my order that I ordered and said I'm sorry I said it's okay but why would you give me the wrong order if you told me twice if that's what I ordered I know where I'm not going to go to get my chicken

I tried to order a family dinner bucket and they said they didn't have enough chicken so I called to complain amd still haven't gotten a response
The service was fast and staff was very friendly. Considering I showed up less than ten minutes before closing last night. Would recommend this location

False advertising I purchased an order of 10 cherry pie pops for the advertised price of 5.00 dollars and was charged 5.49 they have the special price right on the counter by the register,I asked why I was charged the wrong price and they said that the manager had inserted that price into the system I was also told the difference was because of the tax now I know it’s only 50 cents but multiply that amount times how many customers that purchase the same thing (not right )
