How does this place have 4 stars.. the people handling our order tonight were a joke . We were the ONLY ones on the drive thru and not even close to their closing time for them to be lazy and “forgetful “ of our order. Ordered a simple 8 piece with mash and Mac , and a famous bowl with a drink. We had to repeat our drink choice at the window which should of raised a red flag that they didn’t even bother listening what we ordered. We got home to NO FAMOUS BOWL AND NO MAC .Paid almost $45 for us NOT to get what we ordered.

Charged 18 for 2 breast and a sm mashed potato and no Receipt in the bag and he rudely shoved it in my hand slammed the window and walked off, never going here again!!!

I came in for a DoorDash order and was barely greeted after a few minutes. After someone finally put aside their side tasks to see what I needed, turns out the order was ready causing a delay for both me and the customer. Mind you, I didn’t come in super close to closing, it was only 8 when they close at 10!

very poor leadership at this location, staff walks around aimlessly, I got my order with half the items missing so I go back inside to ask for it and they all look at each other like who's gonna get it, not the first time this happens, no professionalism what so ever, from managers to staff they need better training or be replaced.

This place is very fast and convenient when you're in a rush. Never had an issue with them until today. The chicken had a weird texture and when I looked at the chicken it was pink. Im not sure if the chicken is precooked or what happened but it was disgusting. Won't be eating here again.
