Food was good, only thing I didn't like was that they put my biscuits on top of my my chicken in the bucket on paper and it got a little soggy from the steam of the chicken, instead of putting it in it's own little box to stay dry and fresh 🤷. Other than that the service was really fast. I like how you can order from the kiosk. A little on the expensive side, but hey, it's KFC. They are always expensive 🫰

The worst I've ever had. I arrive to the window with 4 people standing around talking and giggling. They were young, so I think to myself. Unprofessional, but they are kids. When I leave u looked at my food. My food is cold. Fries are old and nuggets had been obviously sitting out all day. By this time I'm half way down the street, so Im not going back. I'll never come back here again. This isn't the first time this has happened. They don't care about customer support experience so go at your own risk

I have not dined at KFC in quite some time. Although there were a mixed bag of reviews , namely drive thru service and quality of chicken and cost of meal. I elected to dine in and found the dining area to be clean as well as the employees being pleasant . I ordered an original 2 chicken meal with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I had opted for this meal since I had a coupon for this meal. The crew was quick to deliver the meal which was served hot and fresh. I was satisfied with the service and found the value of the meal affordable, with the coupon. Note: I did not use the drive thru.

Just left this location. A bunch of children work here with absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Ordered 3 famous bowls and only received 2. Had to drive all the way back and when my husband went to go inside to speak to them, the kid said “what?” Excuse me? Who talks like that to paying customers? They wouldn’t refund him or even acknowledge that they made a mistake. We’ve never had issues before, so this was a bit of a shock. But it’s obvious that they hired a bunch of children. Will not be coming back.

When we went it was 9pm and they had nothing! No chicken without bone, no bowls, butter or honey! The fries tasted like they had been sitting for a long while burnt and cold the sandwich had so much mayo it was coming out of the bun! Horrible experience!
