This is the second time I have placed an order over 2 and a half hours ahead of time to only be told its not ready and having to wait 20 plus minutes while several cars up to a dozen go through the drive thru with their food. Ita not even a specialty order, just one from the website. So much for quick pick up.

I came here a couple of weeks ago. I ordered an 8 piece of crispy legs and thighs and a famous bowl. The girl with great personality who took my order said, “I’m all out of crispy.”. So drop some in the fryer then. Wth. So I just took what they had. The lady at the window said 10 piece family meal? I sad no. 8 piece. So they charged me for both on my card. And the chicken wasn’t even fully cooked. It wasn’t legs and thighs either. Soggy as hell with the “original “ breading falling off. So I got charged almost 60 dollars for this pile of I don’t know what.
They will not refund that money either. This is the second time something happened with my card here. Last time my card info was stolen.

Went through the drive through of KFC and didn't receive my complete order. When I got home I noticed I didn't receive a spicy chicken sandwich that I had paid for and was on my recipt. I called the mt Vernon's location and the lady I spoke with seemed quite nice, apologized and told me to come back for the sandwich with recipt in hand. When my husband got there to get the sandwich the worker there was quite snippy and bothered by the fact that my husband came back for the sandwich, and treated my husband as if he was lying just trying to get a free sandwich. Honestly if we were gonna try to get something for free, I would've demanded more than the sandwich that I had already paid for. Last time I will be going to kfc on mt vernon. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Went thru drive thru and they didnt put in my biscuits and Mac n cheese. After driving home I had to return the young car was nice, was going to accommodate by giving me next size up for inconvenience but her manager stopped her. When you fail a customer you should offer a size up or a cookie. I know times are hard but really? Never again will go here

Famous fries try disgusting fries all stale as shit i came in expexting my order to be ready since the system said it was ready I asked said were working on it I waited and they couldn't even tell me its ready waited for 10 minutes I had to see other people order come before me after I had order after there was no spoons nothing for the mash potatoes bowl

Went into the Mt Vernon KFC . Ordered a 16 piece . The receipt machine was not working . Got the chicken home. I don't know where they get there deformed chicken from . But In the bucket I had 1 breast 8 drumsticks and 7 thighs. No wings . Very disappointed. If I ever go back I'm going to take all the chicken out and count it in front of them .

We went through the drive through around 5:17pm today and got the 12 piece family meal. All of the chicken but two pieces was RAW! I don’t care about the money aspect as I have the disgusting uncooked meat to my dogs. However, my disabled daughter ate a piece before I could grab it and check it. Now 15-10 minutes later she is throwing up everywhere and I found out it was raw by biting into a RAW piece of meat. I called to speak to manager and the lady’s like oh well sorry with zero empathy or responsibility for the staff that let us leave with the food. Like what is seriously wrong with you. I will be reporting the managers lack of empathy and horrible communication skills with customers to corporate along with the raw chicken. Do not go here! Food poisoning is all you will get!

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all they gave my disabled 6 year old raw chicken and now she has food poisoning! The manager and workers did not care either.

Picked up an order said my name in the drive-through, they told me the order was not ready even though the app said it was. Had to go inside and Had to call out to get somebody’s attention, even though they were walking right past me .
Old lady inside is rude and has not social skills. Food was also disgusting Popeyes is better. The building was clean though

1/6/25 Drive through. Ordered 4pc Nashville chicken tenders with fries, a raspberry ice tea and ranch. Got a regular tea, about 12 fries. Suuuper stale biscuit, and got the regular 4 pc (kids size) tenders and no ranch. If I had checked before I left and wasn’t in a rush to get back to the job site, I would have gone in and talked to someone. Lady running the drive through also could use some more training with customer service. I’m super disappointed in the size of the tenders if KFC changed the portions.

New Year's Eve and had called in the morning if they'd be open, they said until 10. So I placed a mobile order around 4 to pick up at 8. 8 o'clock comes around and I arrive with a sign on the drive thru saying they closed at 9. On top of that, they tell me they're out of chicken even after basically reserving an order 4 hrs earlier!! Now just have to see how shitty the app is also to get my money back.

$51.00 for a 12 piece bucket with only backs and wings. Not a single drumstick or a single breast. Asked for extra gravy on the side and the container was less than half full. Worst service ever, worst experience ever and worst chicken ever! There’s a reason I haven’t been to kfc in ages. I prefer Popeyes even Albertsons and Vons is better. They pay these people $20 an hour and they want higher wages? For what? Never again! Steer clear of the Mt Vernon KFC at all costs!
