I thought paying these Fast Food workers $20 Hr would get you better service a better quality employee. Not at this KFC when u ask for a certain type of chicken and u get the opposite. Not once Not twice but 3 times that I've been to this location I get the opposite of what I order also when you can go to a corner gas station and get better chicken then KFC something is wrong. So my talked no matter how much u pay a fast food worker they just don't give a Damm about who is paying there wages. I'm done with this place I Hope enough people complain that this KFC needs to shut down then these employees will care about there job

Every time we’ve ordered from here, there has been something wrong with the order, mostly missing items (drive-thru and delivery). We’ll be going to a different location from now on.

Placed a mobile order and when I went in to pick it up they said they don't have it. Still had it on my cell and showed them. Even spoke to the manager. Was Told if I want the food I would have to pay for it again.

Worst place ever they used to be good have no respect for handicap people if your disabled it don't matter the employees are very rude to The elders don't get it I seen one guy with highlights in his hair blowing a customer off like he didn't need help an older gentleman going to tell my friends Popeyes is way better nicer KFC is really a disgrace doing people that pitiful especially elders

Food is just ok, was a little over cooked but anyways, it's the price. I paid $17.39 for one meal, clearly from the empty parking lot I'm not the only one who feels this way.... To sum it up, you all are too expensive!!!

Absolutely ridiculous! My husband came home and opened the bag and out “large gravy “ barely had gravy to cover the bottom of the container. Looked like someone spilled it or poured it out ! On top of stale chicken . You had 1 job ??
