Had to wait over 30 mins for my food. Watching them from out side they were already closing mind you we got there at 8:00pm they close at 10:00pm. This establishment is ran by children who interrupt you while ordering and give off a rude demeanor. The closers on the day of 3/4/2025 at the 8:00 shift should be fired immediately because they had 10 cars waiting for their food in the parking lot all of which ordered from the drive thru

Got 2 famous bowls and a kids meal and food was so skimpy. I've been to other locations and I've never seen it this low? Barely even half the bowl was filled and it looked like someone took a spoonful of the kids mashed potatoes.

I ordered a lemonade and it's so unflavored it's damn near water, I call to let them know all the guy had to say was it's the vendor faults and then I call back again because there's a hair in my food and all he says is thanks for letting us know, my lunch was ruined

If your business says "open till 10pm" food should actually be available TILL 10 pm. Went to this location at 9:40 and they were out of EVERYTHING except nuggets.

The tenders and the coleslaw tasted better than I remember. On Tuesdays they are on sale which is the biggest reason we ate here today

I went through the drive thru on Sunday Oct 13th at 5:20 pm. The gurl that took my order was rude in my opinion. I wanted to order a meal for me and my husband, I got the first order out of my mouth and she interrupted to give me the cost, I said I'm iam not done, she said we'll then what else do you want? I told her the second meal box and she again interrupted, tried reading the order back to me and it was so fast, I couldn't understand her, so I hope the order is correct, she doesn't make it very welcoming to go to KFC.

They need to fire all the children working here service sucks and they don't know the meaning at all of customer service. One of the worst KFCs I've ever been to. Take some 10 minutes to get an order out for the price you pay they need to get their damn act together
I got a hot and spicy chicken burger it had some much sauce on it ...it dropped all over my top. The fries was so old and hard I couldn't even eat them. They went in the trash.. what a waste of money.

Every time I come through here for a mobile order, they never have the food, its wrong everytime or I end up waiting 20 minutes for my food that I ordered ahead! I've called and complained and received no feedback. This location has rude entitled employees. I got a notification my food was ready and was told it would be 15 minutes, im currently sitting outside waiting for my food that was supposed to be ready, while the workers dance in the lobby.
