This is one the best Krispy Kreme donut shops out. Always clean. They usually have a full assortment of their regular menu items. The staff are always friendly and professional. The area is safe and easily accessible. Love coming here.

Absolutely the worse. They were out of milk for the hot cocoa. They were out of the Peanuts Collection box and they were making glazed doughnuts but they weren't selling them to customers because they were for the Santa Maria location because their machine was out. We drove across town for literally nothing. I guess they don't need Bakersfield's money. Maybe Santa Maria customers can drive to their store buy from them.

First off, I love Krispy Kreme donuts, specifically the original glazed. Unfortunately, I live a very long way from a Krispy Kreme store so I buy them as I travel. So, today I went to the Bakersfield store as I traveled through. Expecting to get a dozen. Yeah, my mouth was already watering. Only to find out there were NONE. I have never had this happen before! In all of my 80 years, why should this experience get me down? Glazed original fans know.

Went yesterday for a dozen glazed donuts. Feebe was the girl that took care of me. Very polite respectful and business mindset. Be appreciative of employees like this especially in this economy. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you feebe for helping

They were really bad, it says they close at 10 or 10:30, and the workers would let us in at 9:30. I was so mad, they did not do anything they just wanted to go home already. I also came for the harry potter donuts some time ago and they were rude and were not helping me and let like 2 people ahead of me and gave me the wrong donuts. They need to change.

Yummy choice of Harry Potter donuts. Drove through the drive thru and got my grandson one of them. He said it was delicious. I got my regular, the glazed donut, and it was warm and fresh and yummy as usual.

Bad service. Waited for 10 minutes, both of them just kept looking at me, some person came in and they took their order right away. The donuts were good since they were the Harry Potter limited edition. The coffee machines were not working during that time, didn't give me my refund on the coffees either.

Was told if we wanted hot doughnuts to order them between 7 and 930 in the morning. Called their corporate was told someone was going to reach out and get a refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I called 3 times. If we wanted cold donuts could have went and got these at Walmart. Live and learn

they really need to update their times! i live across town and i’ve come three times and i see workers there but they don’t even acknowledge the costumers who are waiting in the drive through. i called and the employees were rude to me, it was just a simple question to what time they actually close. very unprofessional. so sad considering i’ve been coming here since they opened.
