HORRIBLE INEXCUSABLE customer service!, and to be in a management position ugh no wonder this Loc is soo very poor. A good business has Great managers and this is Not a good location for KrKr , they will blame a customer for their Ignorance more than once when they clearly ? are wrong what a shame. The drive to Los Angeles is well worth it if U want Good KrKr unless one likes Stale donuts Waisting time/money and being insulted! 0 our of 5 stars! Donuts are always amazing. Fresh and delicious. Service is polite and friendly. Went through the drive thru and it moved pretty quickly. Definitely would recommend this place.

Placed an order for pickup foe a dozen of heart shaped donuts the day before Valentine's, went to pickup and been told they are out! And I can choose any other donuts for same value! I left and never got my refund back ?

They had a valentines promotion and they didn’t have the heart donuts they were showing on their website. They Cancelled the order one hour before delivery. It was a gift and they wouldn’t even compensate me with regular donuts. Not good service and rude customer service. They messed up but they talked to me like I had done something wrong. Terrrible!! Good donuts but BAD service

Hours need updated for the dining room and the drive through. We tried to go here at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. All doors were locked. Guy inside pointed at the drive through and told us to go there. We were towing a trailer and unable to go through the drive through. We were very disappointed. We are from out of town and this is a rare treat for us.

Donuts were delicious. But the person who was supposed help us (Stephanie) asked us what we would like and as I’m ordering she walked away without saying anything and it took 5 mins until someone else helped us and the line was near the door. If she woulda said she would be back and to give her a min then it woulda been understandable but she left without a word while we’re ordering. Very horrible Customer service, will never go inside again.

The place by all passers almost looks as if it has been shut down. The sign is broken and there was nothing updated at all. I was hesitant to even stop. I think the owners should really go take a look at it.

****Amend review: 4 stars (see the end)First of all, to go to this store, it’s a good fifteen to twenty minutes, depending on traffic, it could be more. My husband went to get me the lemon-filled donuts, a (6 pk) because yesterday was my birthday. I opened the box got one and started to eat it. Then, looked at the rest and realized, the others got progressively smaller in size. So, he is now taking the rest of them back. For the price he was charged, it’s a must. Quality control for equal sizing needs to be a factor in this regard, and someone like a manager is not paying attention to it. And that they are allowing the product to go out like this is a shame. We Love the donut. We consider it a treat. We remembered what a big deal they were when they went in down, in Southern California. My mom and dad had us drive them to the newest one in, Yorba Linda, I believe. So, sad this happened so that’s the reason for the neutral three-star.**** My husband went back and the manager apologized for the situation. He said he didn't know who allowed it to go out that way. They didn't have any more lemon so in good faith he gave my hubby three raspberry-filled donuts. They are so busy with the New Year Special that it could have been an honest mistake.
