The food was very good. The restaurant was busy and with the band it was lively. The service was terrible. Drink order was taken and served BUT no one ever came back to refill the water or see if we wanted another drink. We had to track down a waiter to take our meal order order. The food was very good. No one ever came back to see if we needed anything else AND we like many tables had to bus our own table at the end of the meal. We had to go to the bar to ask for our checks. When the person at the bar said, I will find your waiter, I said you were our waiter. It was a fun night with the bands but with the horrible meal service, I question whether I would return.

Best French Onion soup I have ever tasted! I went to Krush with my son, my Daughter-in-law, and her parents. Everything was great, especially the food...highly recommend!

Chef Brian prepares such delicious food that you can't make a bad choice of entrees. The lamb, halibut, and filet are just three of the menu items that will not disappoint. They are fabulous! The food is first class all the way. The service is also impeccable. Ray will take care of you at the bar with excellent service. Do yourself a favor and go to Krush Thursday - Saturday for an outstanding dining experience!

Valentine's Day was a disaster of an experience. Upon arrival we were ignored for a good few minutes before being acknowledged. The curly haired server dude (who ends up charging my card for the wrong meal later) looked us in the eye and completed looked away at us waiting for a host to seat us. Once we ordered drinks the glasses were noticeably filthy. We ordered the overpriced but what tasted like a VERY cheap steak. On top of that they got my order completely wrong. To top it all off, they carded me for someone else's order which was more expensive $60-$70 more than our original order. I never got an apology or discount for that mistake. When we asked to speak to the manager to get it changed, she had no idea how to work her Point Of Sale system. My bank account looks like a mess because of their authorization. Very bad experience. Don't recommend anyone come here, especially if you're trying to treat a loved one.

zero stars. my boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner for valentines day but let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. it looked closed as we walked up to the door & my bf joked we might have to move our date to the weinersnitzel across the street. looking back at it, we probably wouldve had a better dinner had we gone there tbh. we arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled reservation yet had to wait forever to be seated. waitresses kept walking by us and did not acknowledge our existence. no hello, no welcome, no "we'll be right with you." service was extremely slow even after we got a table. and by the way, they did not ask for or verify our reservations, they just told us to sit anywhere. it made us think, had we gotten there just 5 minutes later there would be no table for us since other couples arrived shortly after.. they had a "special" menu for the holiday, which was incredibly limited, but we figured a smaller menu for efficiency was likely the reason for a whole FOUR entrée options. NOPE. first off, my champagne glass was dirty. my boyfriend and I both ordered medium rare steaks with shrimp scampi -- his was well done, mine was missing the shrimp & we had to wait longer for the corrected meals. the food was so mid. the steak was like jerky and super fatty. the mashed potatoes tasted like the "just add water" powder kind. veggies were meh. when the bill came, we noticed we had been charged for steaks and LOBSTER, which totaled up to about $70 more than our actual ticket. we raised this issue to the dude who ran the card, but he was not helpful in the slightest. we asked for the manager, who had no idea what she was doing on the computer. she said they would refund us the incorrect charge and then charge the correct one.. simple right? WRONG. she kept printing the same wrong receipt, asking us for the signed original (which they had taken from the table) and after scrambling through a stack of receipts for what felt like an eternity, finally said she would just comp our meal. our frustration was through the roof. none of what we experienced was worth it. don't come here, fr. & certainly do NOT choose this place for a first date unless you don't want there to be a second.

I have never experienced what my family and I experienced last night. My family and i get there, as we're waiting to be seated, we were completely ignored by the hostess 3 times. She finally says we can sit were we would like, we sit down this man brings us water and at this time my in laws had arrived, they sat down, and we waited for almost 30 mins for someone to bring us menus and my in laws waters, the server she was helping a couple who had just walked in. Every couple that came in after us got seated, and orders were being taken right away. It was like we were completely invisible. We get up and leave. My dad's a yelper so he was for sure leaving a review, and come to find out the couple that was walking in as we were walking out had a horrible experience as well and yelped about it, and now I have had numerous of family and friends who have contacted me and told me about the lack of respect and courtesy from the servers, and how terrible the food was. This place was not cheap, and I am so thankful we left when we did. Do not waster your time.

I made a reservation for Valentine’s Day and as we arrived one of servers there told us he would be getting a table ready. I proceeded to approach him to give him details as far as our reservation and the guy just turned around ignoring me. We were seated shortly afterward but the guy was incredibly rude. Menus were provided as well as drinks in a very timely manner but we waited over an hour and a half to receive our food while everyone else who arrived after we did was being served. The service was pathetic and the food wasn't that good either. I know where I won't be going for next year's Valentine's Day. Luckily my Girlfriend forgave me for taking her to this place.

We sat there for 30 minutes without one single person giving us menus, filling our glasses with water, NOTHING.We tried several times to get their attention and they flat out ignored us. Two other parties came in after us. Both got menus and drinks before we could even get water or menus. I finally stopped a lady and asked her if we were invisible. I told her how people who walked in after us were already getting service and we still don’t even have menus. Service here is a joke. I highly recommend you save your time and money.

We expected it to be a bit slow because it was Valentine’s Day, but to be honest the place wasn’t really busy. When we were waiting to be seated, one group got up and made a huge commotion because they had been waiting for a long time and haden’t even gotten drinks yet. They told us good luck. To be honest, they probably got better food at a fast food place nearby, The servers were nice but still very slow. The salad and caprese were okay. But we paid $170 for a dinner that tasted worse than a tv dinner. We ordered our steak medium rare and it was like shoe leather. The mashed potatoes had no flavor and the vegetables tasted like cafeteria mixed veggies. It was nice they gave us our glass of $15 wine for free but it was the worst dinner we have had in years and years. At least we got a good laugh.

We went on Valentine's so I expected to wait but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Only one waitress served the entire restaurant. Orders were mixed up. My son's food came out 30 minutes after mine. The food was disgusting. My steak was over-cooked and my Lobster was stringy. We were not charged for my son's plate but it was too little, too late. We will never be going back. Save your time and money.

Went for valentine's dinner. They had a limited menu for valentines. However, the kitchen still managed to get backlogged/delayed. And the food came out very dry/overcooked for both the chicken and fish courses. Service was also very slow and disorganized (ie 15+ minutes before a receiving a menu - which was only received after walking to the bar and requesting). Prices were high for the quality/quantity of the servings.
