If I coud give one star I would. Terrible customer service from. I called to ask where they're located in the parking lot because I was having trouble finding the building and the girl refused to tell me a man got on the phone after the girl hung up on me and he refused to tell me too. They couldn't just say they're across from the Carl's Jr. in the parking lot, but to actually hang up the phone on me. Oh my God. I'll never eat or shop here.

Finally a pure veggie kwality Indian restaurant in Bakersfield!! India food is wayyyyyyyy more than just tandoori and butter chicken and am really glad this place opened up in Bakersfield. I do not have to drive to Los Angeles anymore to get my chaat and idlis and faloodas and indo-chinese food. We have tried almost everything on the menu. They have a wide variety of veggie food, mostly street food: chaats (dahi puri, dahi bhalla), mumbai style street food (wada paav, misal pav, sandwich, frankie) south indian (idli, dosa) , north indian (chole bhature, chana puri, shahi paneer) and indo-chinese (veg manchurian, hakka noodles, momos), and deserts (faloodas, indian flavor ice creams). Believe it or not, we had all of this in the last 2 weeks and everything was yum !! I was so excited about the food each time, didn't take pics. We did mostly uber eats so far and got everything well packed and on time. Can't wait to dine in at some point.

Gave Kwality a try because I heard they had Falooda and I love a good Falooda! Came in and ordered at the counter. The gentleman behind the counter did not seem to understand English and my Punjabi is awful so we struggled to communicate, but managed. Ordered two Faloodas to go. I thought it was a bit weird that he didn't have me pay for my order right away. They were semi-busy, about half of the tables were full, but we were the only ones who had just walked in and the only ones at the counter. I waited to pay, but he asked us to have a seat and he would let us know when it was ready, so we did. More people came in. They ordered at the counter and paid right away. Maybe 10-15 minutes went by and I saw the gentleman behind the counter waving me over to come pay so I did. He didn't say anything to get my attention. I guess I was just lucky I looked over at the right time. I feel like customer service needs a bit work, or maybe they're just still figuring out how they want to do things, but overall it's still a nice place. It's clean, they've got freezers full of Desi/Indian/Pakistani ice cream (kulfi) flavors which I thought was cool, and the Falooda was good!

New shop. Awesome Indian chat / snack place. We just took down 6 different chat menu item for lunch. Every thing was A+ except the Missel Pav, which was spicy and uninteresting. The owner was flexible enough to mix up some of our requests. They also have Indian flavor ice cream and some really good looking cakes. On our way from North Cali to South Cali, we took a 20-min detour just for this shop. We were not disappointed.
So, my first time ordering from here. Good food but I was surprised that the Schechewan noodles were chopped up in tiny pieces to where it could be eaten with a spoon!! What’s that all about???

This Indian Street food style restaurant is for me a must try. Omg everything was so bomb , my fav though was the aloo Tika chat, , next fa had to be makhi parantha , the dosas were delicious but the Kosta ice cream to end the feast was creamy and textured to perfection, I can't wait to go back and try gol guppa, more chaat, momo's and the Rose ice cream, or tutti frutti,lol. Atmosphere is casual, probably no delivery but I saw half dozen pickup orders, wait time was about 5~10 mins after placing order. ALL VEG , EVERYTHING WAS A LITTLE SPICY , BUT never overwhelming 5 out 5 stars.
