The ice cream i used to buy Nance or nanche. Now they Add milk.. I cant belive it. The lady was so rude. She told us we always add milk to water ice creams.. Impossible.. I cant tolerate any lactose. For years i used to buy water ice cream.. Never come back.. No water ice cream for me or people cant tolerate lactose..we cant eat ice cream there..

Very good morning, owner of this Michoacana, I am very upset with the lady from today 5/12/24. 11:00am I respectfully asked him if he could make me a simple glass with mango strips when you have it on the menu available on your website. I never had a problem with the other ladies when I had been shopping for four holy years. But this lady was very negative about everything I asked her and said NO, NO, NO, you believed so early?

I come here once a week and always order 2 large Fresas con Crema and a Bionico. Delicioso. The only thing I hate about this place is , it always smells like a toilet! It smells like they cleaned or mopped with lots of fabuloso or Pinesol.

This place is okay, but the only thing I did not like is the shake I got, it was too much sweet, like it was recipe for diabetes, do not get the shakes !! everything else will be fine I think, and they charged a lot 18 dollars for only 2 shakes.

Had and hot Cheetos esquite, it’s was good. The corn was just right.The ice cream is nothing huge to brag about but they had a variety to pick from and it really does hit the “chucheria” list cravings. They have a lot to offer. The store does close at 9pm now. We arrived at 8:40pm and a couple with their kid walked in at 9:03pm they were still served and greeted properly. The girls their were nice and my two little ones enjoyed their ice cream. One had the sandia scoop and the other had chicle. Both were good.

They suddenly started closing at 9pm instead of 10. The ladies inside watched us pull up and still had the audacity to turn the lights off as if we knew they were closed? lol. To top it off they watched me call their store number and talked to one another instead of answering the phone. I love the treats and desserts but the service is always garbage. Especially the attitude of the workers. I rather get behind the counter and make my own da8m sh2t !

Always love this place. Everything is tasty and freshly made right in front of you. Personally, I like the tostilocos with agua de pepino, but if they had agua de Sandia, I would be there a lot more often. It's definitely a favorite for a light snack and refreshing drink.
