Horrible horrible terrible awful they screwed up my 70$ order . The chicharrones taste so old . Tostilocos had no cucumber. Biónico had no nuts no coconut, they sent me a pistachio paleta instead of one scoop they forgot my caketa esquimal. They really are pathetic . Don’t go there . Everything is nasty and overpriced.

Our go-to when having late night summer cravings for something special only they have offer 😋 from Nachos in shop make ice-cream milk shakes aguas frescas tosti locos and so much more hard to make a choice 🍦🍨 big portions too there is something for every taste bud great customer service every time I've visited yes a little price but you get what you pay for

This place is a little roomier and clean. They do have more selections But the prices are a little ridiculous. I can get the same thing for lesser money at the Mercado Latino. And the quality is just as good.
Didn’t get to taste the food, because the girls working need better training in customer service and food handling.

I’d have to say this is one of the best tasting ice cream in town.
The only down fall is that the customer service is not the best!
The ladies are usually chitchatting most of the time and seems like the take forever to fulfill orders… the Lines can be 8 people deep and they still work at the same pace.
Service is HORRIBLE! The prices at this location are double than other locations. Stay away!
Staff is very dismissive and unwelcoming. Especially the lady with orangish eyebrows.

Came for my favorite water base ice cream and ended with another because the quality was horrible. Maritza helped me with another flavor, however, she struggled to scoop out the ice cream. For me that is a major Fred flag, quality is not the same as it was before.
