Everything was cold the rice was burnt nothing had flavor they have really gone down in their cooking they never have enough food when they run out it takes too long for them to restock it so not making it worth the money

The worst experience of my life. I love every location but this one I received the most horrible experience. I walked in on my lunch thinking to eat a great meal and it was the total opposite I was seated and given a menu I ordered right away a simple two combo enchiladas meal. 15 min goes by the waitress comes to me and ask what was it you ordered I asked her I thought she placed my order she says no than I point to the chicken two enchiladas meal and say chicken both in Spanish and English she still isn’t understanding me l asked her is she new she says yes I asked her does she understand English and she said no at this point I’m like is there someone else she tells me no. I go to the front to look for a manager and I go to the bar there is a staff on the phone who ignored the waitress trying to explain to her what I needed in Spanish. I sat there waiting for her to end the call I asked if she was the manager she rudely asked me what I wanted I’m explaining to her I thought my ordered was placed which I didn’t understand that it was not a hard order she tells me there is no manager and waves me away and turns to the cook and yelling at him. At this point I’m really disappointed how much everyone else has their food and it is so difficult to get a simple combo. I sit back in the booth and still no service I call another location to ask for the manager and at this point I’m walking out the staff Rosa asks me at the door o the manager here I’m like I have waited over 45 mins just to order which I ordered right when I sat down and my food was never placed nor did I get any service. I have never received this type of service before and I will never go back to this location at all.

For the past 30 years I have intermittently been to this restaurant, and I have been satisfied with the food, service and atmosphere. If someone asks me, "Would you like to grab a bite to eat at La Mina?". I would not hesitate to go. Unfortunately, that time is over. I went there for lunch today and ordered the combination ground beef tacos and enchilada with the rice and beans-I ordered pot beans, by the way. I don't believe the waitress understood when I requested ground beef, but it seemed like the hostess clarified it for her. To my horror, when I got the food, I tasted chunks of meat in the taco. It looked like they got a hamburger patty and chopped the meat up. Not only that, but the meat was unseasoned. Finally, I was given refried beans and not pot beans. Nothing is permanent in the flesh, and my time eating at La Mina on Auburn has come to a close. La Mina? No Mas!

It smells when u walk in and it needs a deep cleaning. Setting to long to get a table u can see it needs help. I would not come back here. No one was at the door to set us. They were very busy with the whole placed empty. We left and went somewhere.

Are at the buffet, literally every item tastes the same. From the beans and rice to every meat tasted the same. Bland. One of the items even tasted like sad spaghetti-o’s that someone just added day old meat to. I just don’t understand how they managed to make the shrimp taste just like their enchiladas. Sad and bland.

The chips tasted like they were slightly stale and warmed up in the oven. No salt and the salsa was mediocre at best. The appetizer platter was ok. But to be honest the food quality is lacking. I'd find someplace that makes fresh food.

Loved the buffet. It's me always looking for the not so popular and I was not disappointed. The options were great, from simple but tasteful enchiladas ? to Meudo, such a wonderful and exciting layout. Not yo mention the hidden gem of this place interior. Next time, I'm back in town. This will definitely be on my places to eat.

We went with the family on a Sunday buffet brunch. It was yummy food. The make your own tacos were my favorite and my toddler loved the rice and beans. I ordered an apple juice and orange juice but was disappointed they both tasted fake/chemically and not the 100% real juice. It was busy so we had to wait a while for the waitresses to come check on us and take our dirty plates. There were lots of dessert options but most were dry. It's a nice family restaurant and we will definitely be back to eat the food we liked.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and food kids would like. They give kids small covered cups but the juice is not real juice
