Horrible service, I was waiting for my order today Sunday 16 at 5:42pm, and one of the cashiers walked out to get a pair of working shoes in the front and proceeded to change her shoes, she was wearing footwear inappropriate for work she was wearing winter boots. She changed her shoes and walked out to give her boots to the person that brought her working shoe. She didn't wash her hands at all, and continued touching the food and serving the other customers. If this is how they manage food in front of customers, what can be happening in the kitchen. I tried communicating with the store two times and they hung up after saying they'd transfer my call to the manager.

Today, Sunday, March 16, I ordered a pizza in the store, while I was waiting, some people brought shoes to the cashier who was serving, she grabbed them, went inside, changed the winter boots she was carrying for work shoes, came out, returned them, and returned to continue serving at the counter, serving the food and charging as if nothing had happened without even having washed her hands. Neither did she apply sanitaizer or any disinfectant, which for me is disgustingly unhygienic and truly a lack of personal hygiene and work, all this happened around 5:42 pm, I buy food in that store about 2 to 3 times a week, and I have never encountered such a lack of hygiene and such disappointment on the part of the employees, other customers who were also in the restaurant waiting for Pizza noticed and told me the same thing, that's why I only give it one star for the service.

I buy two to three times a week, two pizzas and two puffs. And today, Sunday the 16th, between 5:40 or 5:43 we saw the cashier who brought him his shoes. She changed them and took his boots to the person outside and never washed his hands. He continued collecting and delivering the food. That's unhygienic and disgusting and they don't use a hair net.

Lot of homeless outside. But service & food is good.
I am unsatisfied with my order. After waiting 30 minutes for my order only to come home and realize that my supreme pizza did not include pineapple like I " specifically" asked. I didn't think to check before leaving the location but I figured it was made like I ordered....smh...I was charged for it though. Then I call and all they can do for me is tell me I can take the pizza in and they'll make me a new one, like I live around the corner..smh ughhh...I suggest better customer service when taking a phone order and maybe a noise reduction phone system because it's extremely loud in the background ..

Rough area. Tough customers. Great young staff. Most of the staff is really young but they have great customer service! Little cesars because of hot and ready goes really underrated in their menu pizzas, which are all excellent! Good job!
