I made an online order for 3 pizzas and came in about 8 mins after the latest time it was supposed to be ready because this location is always running behind. Per usual it wasn't ready. I waited about 10 more mins and asked again how much longer. And he said it's just about ready and gave me my pizzas like 1 min later. I checked the pizzas and the cheese pizza was wrong and had pepperoni. So, I showed him the incorrect order and he said I had ti wait another 10 mins. I explained I couldn't wait any longer because I had ice-cream in the car melting to just refund me the 1 pizza. He refused and told me I'd either have to refund the whole order, give back the correct pizzas and leave with nothing or wait the 10 mins. I explained to him I have kids waiting for that pizza and the inconvenience of having to go get food elsewhere with already melting ice cream in the car. And still he refused to accommodate the mistake and inconvenience and told me either wait or leave with nothing. Thus is the last time I go to this store. Niles it is.

Got a delivery for the pretzel pizza it was like eating a rock of salt for crust yeah it's that salty took one bite and threw it in the trash
They need to bring back the stuffed crazy crust that was good this pretzel pizza is garbage

When I went in to order today I walked straight in hearing a very loud male employee voice being verbally abusive towards a female employee for something she had no control of cussing/yelling at her for something she had no control of. When I got my food pizza was cold and stale seemed like it was days old.

This has been my go to Little Crasers location for 10 years. It can get busy and there is a wait sometimes but the employees have always been friendly ( and very apologetic if there was a delay). Always great prices!
