Every sunday i order for Football.. don't believe the Rewards from the app Its false Advertisement order more then 20 every week and it does not Honor it. I tryed to Receive my cheese puffs from last week and did not get them. The lady cashier say she knows nothing about the online ? Like em its your job lol. Guess its time to go back to pizza hut or find another ceasar. If it keeps doing the same ill take my business elsewhere.

Homeless people sleeping outside. Take too long to get your pizza. They said 15 minutes, but it is 30 minutes. Tiles need repair. Lots of people waiting. Just an honest review. I hope the owner of this franchise finds a better system for the business to continue growing.

The fact that you have to wait 25-30 min for one hot and ready is ridiculous. We use to order it but now we can even get stupid app to work. OH, and Dont bother calling because no one will answer the phone.

Placed an online order hour and half in advance. Arrived around pick up time and pizza was thrown into oven around time of pick up.. waiting 45 mins longer to pick up my order.
Store location very unsanitary. They need to clean maybe learn to use cleaners or a mop..

I went in earlier because the little ceasers on Nile’s told me it would be a 15 minute wait for a hot n ready. When they’re supposed to be HOT AND READY? Anyways let me continue this location specifically on Columbus STAY AWAY I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION especially if you are doing online orders because at this location people STEAL YOUR ORDER FROM THE PIZZA PORTAL!!! The male employee showed me himself how easy it was to just open the pizza portal with no combination and I was just like wow. Anyways stay away from this location for your own good

The manager sucks big time, placed an order for 2 pizza's and went to pick up after 20 min and still wasn't ready was asked to wait for 20 minutes more after waiting in line for like 10 min already they just give me back my money without saying anything, gave em a 50 and couldn't give it back, the 1 star is because you have u put something if not wouldn't put anything
