I order the Old World Fancerroni pizza about every two weeks. Quality gets worse every time. They used to be loaded with the mini pepperonis I get less all the time. The one tonight had 40 minis on it. That’s ridiculous especially when the price went up by 25% and the quantity went down by 75%. I think it might be time to find another pizza place!

Rude, ignorant workers that did not know what they were doing. I looked at you like you were stupid when you asked a question couldn’t comprehend the simple instructions. I ordered a pretzel pizza. I waited 15 minutes for it to get home and see that I have a stuffed crust, pepperoni pizza with marinara sauce that I can’t eat on it and now they won’t answer the phone

Disappointed with Quality and Service
I ordered the Pretzel Crust Pizza and what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. I called the store, but the call dropped when I was transferred—so I drove there myself.
When I showed them the pizza, they told me that’s just how it comes out and said they couldn’t control it. They did remake it, but the second one was just as bad. Honestly, it seemed like they either didn’t care or didn’t know how to make it correctly.
Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from this location if you’re expecting quality or consistency.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes turns out they have our order out to someone else. They have to rush to get an order together. 1 our of 5 items came out hot and then on top of it all we found a fly in the breadsticks. So after waiting over 30 minutes for the food it was cold, and had bugs in it.

This store is always busy and usually takes a while for speciality items. But they usually have the hot and ready you can stop and get quickly. I like the drive thru but thay seems to take while as well. But no complaints on the food it's always what I order, never cold, or and it's always really good.
