This Little Caesar's is probably THE WORST I have ever gone to. If not the worst location, the worst one here in Bakersfield. They lack professionalism and constantly have rude employees. I don't know if they're not trained correctly or if they just don't care about their customers. They CONSTANTLY let people cut in line for some reason and stay real quiet about it. I have been there with other customers waiting in line (which a lot of the times goes past the door) when other customers cut into the line or just claim they are there to pick up orders. The employees just pick and choose who they tell to wait in the back of the line instead of being fair and making people wait, like we're ALL supposed to. Please avoid this location at all cost, I even drive a little farther out just to get better service and treatment. Their employees need to be retrained or they need better management!

I stopped at this location today and was in shock by what I saw. Firstly, I could see the employees in the back and not one of them were wearing gloves when putting toppings on the pizza. Secondly, one of the employees took a drink from the bottom cabinet and started drinking it over the pizza, put it back under the cabinet, and right away started putting toppings back on. The place itself does not feel clean at all. There’s food all over the floor and open sauce packets. The employees were highly unprofessional. They were yelling from the back and would use curse words to communicate. Overall, this location is not my first choice for pizza after this experience.

Every time I make an online order, it is never ready whenever I get the notification that my pizza is ready on the app, in addition to that, I always have to wait and additional 25-30 minutes to actually get my order by the time I arrive to the location and lastly the past two times I've been there I've received a very dried and stale pizzas....

Honestly crazy how this location at night is being ran by the most ugliest attitude teens. Will contact corporate about this because no way do you have a nasty leaking roof dripping right next to the pizzas and workers who don’t want to work their job. One worker was visibly stressed that his coworkers weren’t any help and he was having to work by himself basically. Pizza was cut horribly.

came to this location well before closing and had ordered on the app but when i got to the place they said would cancel my order because they ran out of stuff to make pizzas. now tell me, how does a PIZZA RESTAURANT run out of pizza... anyways im still waiting on that refund :)

I have been there four times in 1 month and 2 times my order has been wrong. I called to complain about my Order and was told to go back . I got There. Everybody played dumb. Was told to wait 20min..bad service

People are cramped in here like sardines fighting to get to the counter to beg for their orders, they do not call out orders here. You have to go demand your already placed and already late order, which you probably placed an hour ago.
