I totally understand you guys are busy but yesterday being Halloween it was busier and understandable that it's gonna take awhile but what's unacceptable is that you gotta wait up an hour for an order you did online they had already send me the email it was ready and I had to still wait in line 1 or more it wasn't only me it was alot more ppl then the cashier's were rude

This place was infested with roaches and the guy named Paulinho who is the manager was extremely rude along with the bigger guy who was working there tonight .

Roaches everywhere as soon as you walk in, this place is extremely unsanitary and workers are unprofessional saying “what are we gonna do” and laughing about the roaches, so paulino the manager does not care if roaches get in your food and he considers them co-workers.

The service was terrible. I placed my order through the app and waited five minutes past the estimated time before going inside to pick it up. When I arrived, the Hispanic girl with to much make up on at the register went to get my order and returned with only one box, informing me that I would need to wait another 20 minutes for the rest. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, instead of handing me the order, she slammed it down on the counter and walked away. Meanwhile, the employees in the back were on their phones, texting and using profanity, while 13 customers stood waiting for their orders. It’s clear that hiring more professional and attentive staff is necessary.Please Do Better
