The service was terrible. I placed my order through the app and waited five minutes past the estimated time before going inside to pick it up. When I arrived, the Hispanic girl with to much make up on at the register went to get my order and returned with only one box, informing me that I would need to wait another 20 minutes for the rest. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, instead of handing me the order, she slammed it down on the counter and walked away. Meanwhile, the employees in the back were on their phones, texting and using profanity, while 13 customers stood waiting for their orders. It’s clear that hiring more professional and attentive staff is necessary.Please Do Better

25-30min wait for a stuffed crust pizza. Maybe it's just the night crew that's bad here.

I wish I can give this place a 0 star. I order a pizza and it was delivered when I opened it and it wasn't what I order, I called them and they told me what my order was so they can remake it and I can go pick it up I went when I got there and they did it wrong again I was told to wait 10 minutes for then to remake it and it actually took 25 minutes for them to give me the pizza.
And this was the second time me getting pizza from that location!!

I ordered pizza online and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes and when I showed up they said they barely put it in the oven . My order was not done for about another 20 minutes . If I didn’t show up it probably would of been way longer

Very dissapointed with the service we ordered 2 pizzas & crazy bread and to our surprise one of workers was very rude and unprofessional when i asked for the marinara sauce he said there was no more cups for sauce and when my husband asked theres no substitute for the sauce like ranch etc he said no.. pizza had the tomatoe sauce like if its being sold very dry corporate needs to do better job when it comes to hiring what a way to start the year!

A bunch of young kid talking not working all in the back just messing around a man came in with a English bulldog and all the girls are just taking pictures of it and stop working for about ten mins and got my order wrong

I recently pre-ordered three pizzas for my daughters small birthday party and it was too late when we realized they were the wrong ones, so I called a few days later and spoke to the manager His name was Juan and he was able to help by fixing the problem and giving me what I paid for. I really appreciate that he took the time and help me out like that he was super nice and professional

If I could give zero stars I would , poor customer service management was very rude non chalant & could not give me corporate office telephone number because they are franchised but are allowed to
Receive orders from the corporate website who sent my order to the wrong store so I’m now driving 25mins to get 1 pizza cost me more in gas ! All in all we are extremely disappointed in the customer service we recieved on the call we made to the store .
